Thanks for looking at our VRBO listing! You will notice that our condo is one of the quickest to book of all of the Gulfview units. Why? Because over 90% of our guests stay with us each and every year due to:

(1) our value-based rental pricing.,
(2) our meticulously clean unit!

Both the bedroom and the living room have new flat screen televisions!

The kitchen has a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new flatware/utensils, new dishes and new pots & pans!.

Gulfview II Condominium is a charming three-story building with 350 feet of deeded beach, which is a very short (2 minute) walk across the street. This unit is a one bedroom with queen-size bed and hall bunks (two twin beds); the living room has a brand new premium comfort queen-size sofa sleeper.

The small private balcony has a slight Gulf view depending on the courtyard vegetation. (Don't rent this place for the view....rent it for the value!)

There are two pools, one heated and a hot tub on premises. There is a washer and dryer (accepts credit cards) on each floor of the complex.

Please come relax and enjoy our beautiful beaches. No pets and no smoking. At least one guest must be age 25 or older and show proof of age prior to check-in.

The place was very clean, enough towels. The private beach access was amazing, we just had to cross over the street and it was right there. Parking was very easy to access. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Quick trip

Very convenient to everything you would want to do. Very easy access to the beach. To access beach just walk across the street. Just was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

Great place, short walk to the beach

Great place to stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bunk beds in the hallway are an awesome use of space. The property was clean and on the quiet side. Walking distance to Kenny D’s restaurant. Property manager was great and made sure we were taken care of.

Wonderful stay

Overall we had an amazing time. The closeness to the beach is wonderful, and both the pools were awesome! 10/10 would recommend this place! Host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had!

Convenient location to the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Golf View. It was a quick walk to the beach and had two beautiful pools. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely recommend it to stay in for any length of time.

Great Location

We had a great stay! Location was amazing and easy access to the beach. Cons would have to be the shower needs some maintenance- the knob is really loose and can’t really get the water to a good temp you either take a hot hot shower or a cool shower. Overall was a good stay for me and my family.

Great place to stay!!!

This condo was everything we needed. Its conveniently located right across the street from the beach. I really liked that it has private access to the beach. The beach wasnt neatly as crowded here as it was to the leftvand right of the private area. Any future trips to Mirimar beach, ill definitly be looking to stay here again.

Simple condo that meets all needs

Nothing fancy but clean and comphy with Ice cold AC, TVs with Cable - fully stocked kitchen if plan to cook .. perfect after day at pool or beach .

Perfect location at a great price!

We love the location! The condo is nice and will definitely stay there again. This was oyr second time there. The price is good too. We've paid quite a bit more at same complex for not so great condos. Highly recommend... Thank you!

Great time

Had a great time property was as pictured and described. The pool and hot tub right outside was really nice especially cause it was a little colder than expected. First time in the area really cool with plenty to do. The beach was a very short walk across the street with private access. Most beautiful white sand and great beaches! The place itself could use some updating but overall had a great time and stay and would both recommend and come again! Thank you!

Very nice place!

Loved the property and the Condo was awesome! If any downside at all would be you can hear the people above you especially if they have kids. Not a big issue I would definitely recommend Chris's condo and would stay there again. It is right above the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is very short and don't forget it's a private beach. Kenny D's is just a short walk and great food.

Best host ever

The place was super clean and I own a cleaning business myself so when I say it was clean.... it was clean, Chris is a very good host and was very responsive with any questions we had, the beach is just a minute walk across the street, pools were clean and there are lots of restaurants near by, grocery store and souvenir shops very close by as well. Everything you need is right here We will stay here again

Perfect place to stay with kids

The location was perfect. It was right across the private beach. The location is near a lot of restaurant and stores. The condo was clean and neat. Very comfortable for my kids to sleep. The couch turn into a full size bed. Towels were cleaned. Chris answer my text in a timely matter as well. Thank you Chris! We will definitely come back next year!

Great weekend getaway

We wanted to do a quick getaway with our teen daughter and friend before school started, and this was perfect for our needs. The unit was very clean, it had everything we needed, and it was fairly quiet. We didn’t notice any of the negatives that other reviews have mentioned. Sure, there’s not a gulf view, but the beach is so close that we had no trouble walking down whenever we wanted. The pool is also just downstairs, so we could check on the kids by looking out the door rather than having to walk. We enjoyed our stay here, and we definitely plan to book it again.

Blackout curtains would make a huge difference in the bedroom. Not the property owners fault but the complex is extremely noisy. Definitely hear everything going on above you and outside.

A little rundown

The “master” bed....you basically roll to the middle. My husband and I moved to the bunk beds- they were much more comfortable. Which of course was not the best. We switched nights we slept with our toddler... smallest balcony with no view of beach and you’re unlikely to get the door open. The walls and ceilings are very thin- we heard everything all around us. Only a couch- needs another chair. Great location- had everything we needed in kitchen- the owner was very nice. Needs some updates-

Fall Break

This place was awesome!!! The PRIVATE BEACH was the best and it made each day enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable. Since it was just the 2 of us, we just used the bed and not the bunks or the pull-out. It was well appointed. with enough dishes, silverware, etc. It could use more glasses and salt and pepper might be added. We did not use the dishwasher, but washed our dishes every time we used them. I am sure the DW is an added bonus for larger groups. There were enough towels for the 2 of us. We did not utilize the pool because we were at the beach all day, every day. It would have been nice to have the beach chairs and beach umbrella included in the price, but it was not a problem. We did pay for them with the Beach company and it was well worth it. Maybe have some beach chairs in the condo for guest use. Also, maybe have some beach toys--buckets, shovels, floaties, etc. for those guests who fly and cannot bring those item with them. A table lamp in the living room might be added for reading. It was a great get-away for this very tired teacher:-)

Great Location

For the price, the location couldn't have been better! So easy to walk across the road and be at the beach. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and my family really enjoyed the pools. This condo was clean, but is a little dated and needs a little refurbishing. The patio door is a nightmare to open and close. We had a few stressful moments. We were never sent a parking pass and we were worried on the first night our car would be towed (since signs in the parking lot stated it would). We just wrote a note and stuck it in the window. Also, beach gate code didn't work. Could have ruined our beach day, but a man let us it. Another man staying at the same complex told us his code thankfully. Owner isn't quick to respond. Any questions I had were answered 1 or more days later. That is a problem when something like the gate code not working happens. All in all, the location is great and we had a good time despite several incidents.
