Cute, cozy, and perfect for our family of four! Short walk to the beach, loved the wagon and beach chairs that were there for us to use! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to the island!

The house was cozy and immaculate. Lots of amenities. They did not skimp on the towels, bedding, and personal touches. It was very secluded and close to the beach. Bean point during the first week of October had little to no other people around. So, if you want serenity, this is the place.

This is the perfect place to stay for beach proximity. The Bean Point end of the island is very family-friendly, quaint, and quiet. The place is the perfect size for 2-4 people. Everything you need to stay & play is there. We rented bikes that were dropped off & picked up for convenience. Although we didn’t have a car, there’s plenty of parking space. There’s a screened-in patio & some patio furniture that are in the shade or can be moved to the sun. When I reached out to the owners, we promptly received a reply. We would definitely stay here again should we return to A.M.I.

This cozy north end of AMI beach property was perfect! It was close to Bean Point at an affordable price, which is exactly what we wanted. Beds were comfortable and the unit had all the amenities we needed for our week-long stay. We would definitely rent this property again. We have been coming to AMI for many years and have always wanted to stay at the very north end, away from the crowds. It was the perfect relaxing getaway that our family needed!

This is our 4th time staying at this property and we absolutely love it every time- it’s close to the beach, the rooms have comfy beds and the kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion would be to update the beach chairs and umbrellas. One of the umbrellas was broken and the chairs are rusty and hard to recline back and forth. But overall we love our stays here! Thanks!

This is a wonderful property! So close to the beach. The house was exactly as seen in the listing. We flew in so we weren’t able to bring much. The property had everything we needed including a beach umbrella, chairs, toys, and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect little cozy home within minutes from the beach! They had everything we needed to get started when we arrived. The quiet neighborhood was just what we were looking for. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive, loved all the cozy shops! A bonus, we had manatees swim with us in the crystal clear waters at bean point! Will definitely be back!!

Loved staying at the north end of the island. So close to the beach. Such an easy walk. And loved how quiet and uncrowded the beach was. The beach was so close you could easily do a morning walk at Bean Point with coffee, beach fun during the day, and sunset in the evening. Having the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella was a life saver. Clean, cute rental had everything we needed.

We had a great experience at this property. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with beach gear, towels, starter packs of toiletries and cleaning supplies, coffee, etc. We appreciated the map of routes to take to the beach and the ample space for parking.
