It is rare in Frisco or Silverthorne to have a true 3 bedroom with all the condo complex amenities IN TOWN - Congrats, you've found it!

3rd floor walk-up corner unit ONE BLOCK off Frisco Main street.
2.5 blocks (5 minute walk) to the free bus to Copper or Breckenridge.

3 bedrooms (the two queen bed rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and third bedroom is a bunk room). Two full baths (one with bathtub) and one half bath.

We give you an extra half day on your reservation because we don't rent back to back. You can check in as early as 11am and maximize your time in Frisco.

Views of the continental divide from the entire living and kitchen space will both calm and refresh you. The fireplace provides great ambiance and quickly reheats your toes after a day of adventure. Laundry in unit. Indoor pool/clubhouse with large hot tub, heated pool and sauna. Free Wifi, cable and streaming TV services included.

I am highly rated because it is clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay is here for you since we use this vacation home about twice a month - it is not a basic, sterile rental unit - it is a vacation home ready to host you for your mountain adventures! Don't grocery shop until you see what staples we have on hand!

Frisco is 10-40 minutes from 7 world class ski resorts and has a quaint Main Street with many independent shops and restaurants. Lake Dillon and the Frisco Peninsula are less than a mile away from this condo for cross-country skiing, carriage rides and snow tubing.

Cozy, clean and an unbeatable location

Our family enjoyed staying in this cozy, clean and well-equipped condo. Our two girls loved the bunk room! They also enjoyed swimming in the complex’s indoor pool and spa. We noticed an issue with the dishwasher and the owner promptly responded and is easy to communicate with. The condo’s location is awesome! It’s just one block off charming Main Street. It’s easy to catch the bus there to take to Copper Mountain to ski or just enjoy the village there. It’s also conveniently located near grocery stores. We look forward to booking in the future for a little summer getaway to see all the Frisco Marina has to offer!

Perfect location for getting to Main street in Frisco. Fit our two families with 4 teenagers nicely. Well stocked and easy parking.

Married with two teen girls and a dog. We live about an hour away near Denver. Skiing and hiking are our big draws to Summit County. We love Frisco's size and charm and that we don't have to drive when we are there!

Why they chose this property

Views, natural light and 3 bedrooms so we can bring up a second family to have a great time playing in the mountains! We looked at Silverthorne, Dillon, Avon and Breckenridge in addition to Frisco. Frisco wins out because of the quaint town center and feeling nestled among the peaks of Royal, Chief and Wichita and then the amazing Frisco marina and Lake Dillon for summer fun.
