Come stay in Colorado at this unbeatable location. Marina Park is right off of Frisco Main Street which has shopping, food, and activities all year round. You are not only walking distance to some of the best restaurants Summit has to offer but walking distance to the Frisco Marina, a tremendous amount of hikes, and mountain views. This condo is just seven miles north of Copper Mountain, and a 20 minute drive to both Breckenridge and Keystone. Don't have a car? No worries. Almost everything is walking distance and you can use the free Summit Stage bus which takes you all over Summit County. Have a car? Feel free to use the convenient private 2 car garage that allows for access to the home as well.

This exceptional three story condominium features everything you need for an amazing vacation with your family or friends. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area that are on their own floor of the property allow for everyone to enjoy their time at this incredible getaway. The living room features 2 couches and chairs making it the perfect size for all different groups. The dining table seats 8 people. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you and your group would need to cook a nice family style meal. The porch off of this home comes with seating and a gas grill.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. Huge, comfy condo with lots of thoughtful details
We come to Summit County most winters to ski and have stayed in lots of different condos. This place is huge! We had seven in our party and we were very comfortable. This place could easily have accommodated 10. It was very clean and everything was functional. There were lots of nice details like some fresh flowers in the dining room, a little bag of local coffee, an excellent mounted boot dryer for four pairs in the garage, card games, lots of stuff like that. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the tools and implements including blender, crock pot, tons of pans, cutting boards, good knives, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub. It’s also large and outside, which is a bonus, but in the in the middle of the complex (no views). We were able to fit our smaller car with a topper in the garage, which was great, because we weren’t sure we would be able to get fit either car in the garage. The condo is essentially on Main Street and therefore, just steps away from bars, restaurants and stores. The cons and these are minor, but this is a four story building from the tuck under garage to the main suite bedroom. If you are not used to the altitude it’s tough going up and down even for the younger and fitter folks in our group. There’s some highway noise and not like a pretty backyard to look out on or anything like that like there are in some neighborhoods in Frisco. Beds and bedding were ok, but not standout.

Wonderful accommodations
The property is in a perfect location. Saint distance to all the shop and restaurants on Main Street and the Dillon Reservoir. Plenty of space to accommodate our family and had all the necessities to make our stay an easy one.
