Large villa of 300 m2 air-conditioned for 12 people in a quiet area with a large heated swimming pool of 5.5m x 11m, a jacuzzi and swim spa (new in 2025). Located in the village of Afa at the foot of the majestic Mount Gozzi with its local shops (supermarket, butcher/caterer, bakery, post office, pharmacy, medical centre...)

This location offers the advantage of being 10 minutes from everything: Ajaccio, seaside resort of Porticcio, port, airport, beaches and 5 minutes from shopping centers while being in the countryside in the quiet ideal for resting.

On the ground floor: living room 100 m2 with fitted kitchen, a toilet, a pantry. On the 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms each with a shower room, a toilet, a laundry room. On the top floor: 2 bedrooms and a large room of 30m2 used for part as a dressing room and for the other as a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday (ask me before for the other days)

We rent our villa which is our main residence during the summer season because we run the ferayola inn in Balagne in which we will receive you with pleasure during one of your discovery days.
You will receive an email before your arrival with all the itinerary instructions as well as the number of the concierge who will take care of receiving you. It should be noted that an amount of €350 will be given to him by check or in cash on the day of your arrival corresponding to the cleaning and household linen package (sheets, towels, tea towels...)
