This condo delivers! Beautiful beachfront with ocean views. Great attention to amenities and all the beach gear you will need is provided. The condo is spacious, clean and in a great location for restaurants, hiking and local beaches. The host is also a great source for recommendations in the area. The condo has a great kitchen and the condo is family-friendly. We had a great experience!

Our week in Maui was amazing with this as our home base. The beach on site was mellow, had some shade, and couldn't have been more convenient to get to. The condo was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed for the week (meals, laundry, sleeping, lots of space to hang out, and a ton of beach gear). Every morning we drank our coffee on the balcony and looked for turtles, and at night from the balcony we found constellations in the sky when it was clear. Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful, and made us feel welcome and cared for. Our two families (4 kids, 4 adults) had a great week, and we're looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

This Maui condo is a lovely and comfortable penthouse with striking views of the Pacific Ocean. Cindy, our host, was quickly responsive to all questions and needs. You won't regret booking with her. My sisters and I fully enjoyed the separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The beds were comfortable as well as all the furniture which looked brand new. There's a treasure trove of equipment for any beach activity. This includes snorkeling, boogie boards, folding chairs, cooler and more! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make any kind of dish. Being right on the beech, we were vigilant about tracking sand into the unit. When we found the vacuum not working I messaged our host. She responded quickly and a new vacuum, broom,dustpan and more were delivered within hours. I can't say enough about our host. Definitely the best place I've ever stayed at from VRBO.

The place is just as it shows and has a great view on the outside balconies. Loaded with everything you could need for a Maui vacation. Plenty of bedding, beach towels and a loaded kitchen (thanks for the ton of coffee pods Cindy!) and fit all 8 of us perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Cindy was an excellent host and very responsive. I sent her several questions in advance and she had some great advice. The unit was the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Plenty of kitchen amenities plus the washer and dryer. The spices, coffee, coffee filters, detergent, etc. saved us several trips to the store. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach, and the collection of beach equipment was very impressive! As a penthouse unit with skylights, the management of the air conditioning was a little tricky. The front of the unit was often cold but the back bedroom and the kitchen were warm. The additional unit for the upstairs loft was definitely a bonus. Overall, the Sands of Kahana is an aging resort and I'm sure it is difficult to maintain anything that close to the ocean, but it was clean and the staff were very accomodating. We loved having Captain Jacks on site. The service was very fast for both dine in and carry-out.We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

I would give this home a 10 star review if possible! This home did NOT disappoint! From the moment of arrival, with amazing coffee stations, extra amenities in the bathroom (all you can think of), to the incredible view of the ocean at various locations of the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked, they had games and puzzles for enjoyment. Plenty of beach towels and fun beach toys, chairs, body boards and snorkel equipment. Nothing was forgotten! Our family of 6 (3 different generations....teenage boys to grandparents) enjoyed every moment at this beautiful unit, and this beautiful resort! I would highly recommend, to the fullest, this particular rental. Our host was incredible! Anything we needed, she responded in moments!The resort is phenomenal, close to everything (Kaanapali) and Captain Jack's Bar and Grill (on-site) was amazing (try the crab cakes)!We definitely plan to return! This unit made our stay top of the line!

This was an incredible ocean front condo with views of Lanai & Moloka'i and awesome sunsets!The place was very thoughtfully stocked with just about any amenity you'd ever want...even pool toys & anorkelin gear, etc. There was plenty of room for us 4 adults. We absolutely loved our stay! Our kids came from 3 parts of the country to meet with us. The view was stunning and the host was so helpful with all the details for planning our stay. Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and we all had our own full bathrooms. We saw sea turtles everyday and even enjoyed eating at Captain Jacks on our last day as it made it easy to just go downstairs and eat. By the beach. We made Lei’s with Emily and enjoyed going to a Luau where she was one of the dancers. We hope to come back one day as we all loved this location and it was perfect for our family. Thanks for a great stay!

This penthouse was immaculate, and well appointed with every conceivable kitchen, bath and bedroom amenity. Many beach towels, chairs, games, and instructions for check in and checkout. The spectacular ocean view was perfect for watching turtles, kite surfers, and beautiful sunsets!Cindy, the host, was 5-star in every way! We had some trouble with the elevator not working, but Cindy kept in close touch with us to provide updates. We highly recommend this BEAUTIFUL VRBO! What a fabulous place to celebrate my 75th birthday with friends! You will not be disappointed!

This is by far the best condo that we’ve ever rented. Great view, wonderful location and we loved eating almost every breakfast at Captain Jack’s Grill. It’s so close to shopping centers like Whalers Village, and grocery stores like Safeway. It’s great go back and support the Lahaina area after the devastating fire.Cindy is a wonderful host and kept us informed every step of the way on this trip.
