Great little spot super close to the south entrance of the park! Beds were comfy, awesome porch swing. Had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating!

Great little cabin close to crater lake. Well stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. Loved the patio and grill. The porch swing was perfect to relax after a day of hiking and exploring.

This peaceful little house with a well equipped kitchen was the perfect place to come back and relax after a long day hiking at Crater Lake NP. We even had a visit by a bald eagle with our morning coffee.

The Cascade Retreat was perfect for the 2 of us and our aussie, Roxy. Plenty of room for her to run was a great plus for us. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and made it very accessible to Crater Lake NP which was our goal. We did do some grocery shopping for our cooler on our way to Fort Klamath to have our meals covered that we did not plan to have at Crater Lake or Annie's Creek restaurant. The kitchen has everything we needed. We cooked steaks both nights on the BBQ, and more than enough room to relax both inside and outside. We will recommend this place to our family and friends who might be planning a Crater Lake run. Communication with MaryAnna and Nolan was always timely and helpful. Everything was organized and clean for our arrival.

This is a well kept property in a very quiet locale. Clean, comfortable beds, kitchen has all the things you could need, and deck is very nice.

First of all the place was one of the my favorite VRBOs I've stayed in. It was very well appointed.We had pretty much everything we needed for cooking, including oil and spices It was very nicely decorated with comfortable seating and eating. The porches were a bonus! The view is amazing in all directions. Wonderful stars. It was close to the Crater Lake (about 20 minutes or so to the west side of the rim) and I don't think I saw a better location to stay on the SW side of the park . One thing to be aware of is that food options nearby are limited. there's a very nice organic market about 200 yards away. It's small, with a limited selection. I advise bringing most of your own food with you because dining and shopping within 25 minutes or so are few. All in all an excellent place that I hope to return to. The pic is late afternoon to the west from the porch..

This little house was the perfect place to stay, while enjoying Crater Lake. Mary Anna, answered text promptly and was very accommodating. The house was stocked with everything needed. I would stay here again.

Wonderful spot— so many little things that made it nicer— pretty dishes, comfy warm bedding, spotlessly clean and as close as you can get to Crater Lake. Loved the place— super comfy and the TV let me plug in my own subscriptions. Recommend VERY highly.

MaryAnna was very communicative and made the check-in and check-out process easy. She provided helpful information and suggestions about the area and things to visit. We especially enjoyed the quiet location on the ranch for the starry skies, watching the sunset over the Cascades and the close proximity to Crater Lake. Thank you!

Beautiful property! The house was just as described. Closest restaurant (20 min) is at Crater Lake all of the other restaurants are at least 30 min away but the house has a great kitchen. We loved being close to Crater Lake but not in the heart of it. Loved the country feel. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was delightful! It was a comfortable home away from home while we visited Crater Lake and the surrounding countryside. It was well stocked. The location was so peaceful; we enjoyed spending time on the covered patio, watching the birds and listening to the cattle. And the host was very responsive.

Lovely stay close to Crater Lake

We had a lovely stay at this gem of a location close to Crater Lake. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Easy check in and minimal check out requests. (No you do not need to strip beds, take out trash etc). Mary Anna was prompt to respond and had great suggestions of where to go locally. Would stay here again.

Proximity to Crater Lake National Park was great. Some neighboring properties looked in disrepair and/or abandoned? Great views from front and back; enjoyed seeing the sun come up through the kitchen window. It was peaceful. Cozy but could use some freshening and should have been cleaner (especially the floors); the shower is kind of tight/small.
