About this property

COZY home across the street from the city park, boat launch and Columbia River.

We are sharing our personal family vacation home with you. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 1 bedroom has 1 queen bed; 1 bedroom has 2 TRIPLE bunk beds. Our home is perfect for one couple and a couple kids or a few guys wanting to fish or hunt. This is our favorite place to be. If you are interested in fancy, this is not for you. My grandfather built this for our family in 1992! We have made updates, but I have kept a lot of my grandma's original decorations. My family cherishes our lifelong memories here as a family. It is such a perfect spot. Walk to the little grocery store just a couple blocks away. There is also a food truck made into a dessert truck, serving desserts with seating next to the grocery store. We love this!
Walk across the street to the park with the kids.
It takes us 10 minutes to be pulling away from the dock behind the Dam. (If we gas up the boat the night before.)
Salmon fish downstream and launch your boat in the city park across the street or down the big new boat launch down the street.

Bring your snowmobile and explore all the snow park trails just outside of Pateros. We have done this and its perfect! Warm up in the snow hut and eat your lunch!
