Green Serene Retreat 100

You will find these charming home to take you away from it all... the serene setting behind the home looking out through that picture window says it all. We own and built the whole street with 8 cute homes on it so very well kept area and private. You will love it 😊 Close to St Augustine, Natural Springs, Fishing off the St Johns River with a ramp access down the street.
Great golfing, close to Jax beaches too :) One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first.

Very quiet but convenient location

This is our second time renting in this same neighborhood of homes. It’s a very convenient location to the activities we had planned and the booking and check-in procedures were very easy. We’ll definitely look at this location again if we’re back in the area.

Sorry we could not have resolved any issues.

Sorry he have had differences that could not be fixed. This person has threatened to call the cops on us for no apparent reason (her the one being hostile). We have already left the premises due to this person threatening me and my family and telling us to get out of her home, also her canceling our stay. We have not had major issues before (one being the same that was still not fixed) when we stayed here, but now another issue. We were on the same page with things now all of the sudden this. Either way we did come back because the area and it was pleasant last stay now this. We will never be renting from this person and will never recommend to anyone to stay at any of your homes. Sorry your going through some issues and you ruining our family vacation. Unfortunately this make us never want to come back. *Issues we're the water pump banging off and on at night waking us. Location was right on the other side of the master bedroom wall outside. *Master shower water leak (probably cause the pump of do that) *No internet, no TV's, movies (was fine but nice to have with 2 teens on house)

We found the house to be very comfortable and pleasant with plenty of room to prepare and serve Thanksgiving dinner for our family. The only downsides were 1) the code for the lockbox appears 2 times on the first page of the reservation- but it was wrong. The correct code was given to us over the phone after we waited over 15 minutes. I later found the correct code under more checkin instructions- which did not match the code in the “here is your code” message. Same with the WiFi password- wrong on the opening page, correct on the more instructions page. 2) We missed the football games on tv since no services appeared to be available. If streaming is provided- it would be helpful to have that information in the house. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!
