Amazing place

The house and location was absolutely phenomenal, and pricing was VERY fair (especially by Nashville standards). We had a great stay during Americanafest week and hope to book again in the future! The owner was even nice enough to give me a heads up about a parking nuance that I missed and probably helped me avoid a ticket or towing, which I also very much appreciated. Five outta five!

Perfect location, huge space for our group, loaded with everything you need! Our only suggestion would be cleaning up front yard a little and spraying for insects. It’s summer- we would have loved spending more time on the beautiful porches but couldn’t as mosquitos were plentiful. Otherwise, perfect stay and we will be back!

Great location and home

I can't recommend this house enough! We were a part of four for a girl's trip. The neighborhood is fantastic - quiet, pretty, and safe. We loved being able to walk to the 12 South area which is just full of shopping, dining, etc. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had one air conditioning issue that was resolved immediately. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful. We would love to return someday!

Stunning home in a perfect location!

This home is a perfect place to stay if you want to experience Nashville at its best. A short walk to 12S and you experience incredible coffee, a great variety of restaurants, and shopping for everyone. Our family loved it!

Fantastic home away from home!!

This is our 3rd time staying here and we loved it!! The rooms are all so open to one another that it’s so easy to visit with everyone! The kitchen is well stocked and has a great island to set food out on and the dining room table is large enough to handle a lot of people!

Nashville Family Weekend

Great house in a great location. We were in town to help with our grandkids while their parents were in a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs and walking distance from restaurants, etc. on 12th South. My granddaughter loved the Little Free Library across the street.
