Why they chose this property

We didn't choose Nashville as much as it chose us... Our musically-gifted son was admitted to Belmont University and, while an undergrad, we purchased the property as an alternative to the dorms. Californians at the time, we were unaware of Beechwood Bungalow's idyllic location other than its proximity to campus.

With the explosive popularity of Nashville as a travel destination and the discovery that our property was encircled by Music City's top attractions, it became apparent that the house would be ideally suited as a short term rental.

What makes this property unique

We've personally invested blood, sweat, and (a few) tears to transform what was once a neglected and dilapidated structure into its present, polished state! We are excited to share the end result— Beechwood Bungalow— which combines historic, vintage charm with modern, safe amenities!

The combination of Jaycee's design sensibility and attention to detail plus Mac's experience as a well-seasoned business traveler, has resulted in accommodations that are convenient, clean, comfortable, and cozy! At Beechwood Bungalow, the discerning traveler will find their everyday needs have been anticipated so that their time is better spent exploring new places, meeting new faces, and connecting with the people they love.
