This luxe vacation rental is one of five gorgeous townhomes together- In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and only a block away from beautiful Centennial Park and one of Nashville's most stunning landmarks "The Parthenon"...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably to sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, stunning outdoor space, and the soaring ceilings! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

This is our second stay with Lauren, and as always, the property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. This is a really great place! Had everything we needed to make for a perfect short stay in Nashville. The accommodations at this property are truly top tier! Very easy check-in and checkout process. Open concept family areas. And OMG the beds feel like you are wrapped in a cloud. We had ages 1-70 and it was comfortable and convenient for everyone. The kitchen was stocked enough for family meals, the bathrooms were stocked enough so we weren’t fighting over towels or wash clothes, we actually had control over the thermostat and it worked! They were able to provide a high chair. This VRBO was very thoughtfully put together! Blankets for snuggling, plenty of pillows and fans! Parking was right out front and a spot in the garage! If we comeback to Nashville we’d absolutely see if this VRBO was available again! It’s also super continently located to hiking, and downtown fun, and walkable for lots of things as well.

Great stay!

We stayed here with my sister, her 3 girls, and my mom for a long weekend. The location was great and we could walk to parks and restaurants nearby. The hosts were super accommodating and made sure we had a (new and clean) high chair and pack and play for the youngest. They were great with communication throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again!
