The property is very comfortable and it always feels like home. We have stayed at several of the host properties and they are all excellent! Check in was fast and easy, the home was very very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. This location is close to both Vandy (walking distance) and several other Nashville attractions. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and is walkable. The host communicates well, she is quick to respond and is extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.We grade the property 5 STARS!

This is a really great place! Had everything we needed to make for a perfect short stay in Nashville. Really appreciated the little extras to get the stay started - coffee, drinks in the fridge, some snacks, etc. Great location, close to downtown but on a nice quiet street. Hosts were excellent. Highly recommend!

AMAZING stay

We loved this house and the owners were so great to work with. They even let two of us stay an extra night for free because of our flight schedules (they didn’t have people checking in the next day). Definitely recommend this house!
