Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

Fantastic Trip

This was a great place to stay. 7 girls for a birthday trip. The host responds right away and was accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house and layout is amazing. In great area was able to walk around to some places near by and short Uber rides to downtown areas. Would definitely say again.

This place was absolutely amazing and so was the host. I was planning a bachelorette party for my sister and her friends. The location was perfect, the place was beautiful and everyone had their own space and room to relax and get ready. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was !

Hayes Steet Townhome

Everything was just as described. The beds were super comfy and everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We also loved having the deck off the living room for morning coffee instead of just the one big patio off the top floor. Nice and close to everything on Broadway by a short Uber ride. Nice area with lots of eating within walking distance. Hosts are very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay

This was a great place to stay. The house is new and the host communication and hospitality was great! We came down for a joint bachelor and bachelorette party and the rooms were very accommodating (as many places I looked at had too many beds in one room and had bunk beds- which we did not want for a group of adults!) We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint/recommendation would be some darkening blinds/curtains. No matter what time we stayed out to, we were all up as soon as the sun was as the rooms were so bright.

Perfect Spot

The moment we walked into our Nashville getaway we were greeted with the feel of hospitality. The air was on, there were snacks and cold drinks in the fridge, and best of all country music welcomed us into the house. It was the best feeling after a bit of a stressful flight. This multi-level home is located near all the hotspots and makes for a perfect spot to enjoy your downtime. comfy beds, great bathrooms, and clean. A gem in Nashville!

Great home

This was a beautiful home! Spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities you need! There is some construction going on next door and the pubs close by can be a bit noisy into the wee hours. However, the host has left drawers of earplugs and white noise machines to help. The only complaint would be the lighting in the bathrooms. There are no magnifying lighted mirrors and it makes it difficult to apply makeup. Amazon has plenty that you can travel with, so just bring your own! Close enough to Broadway but you will want to drive or Uber! This is definitely a great Nashville home!

A great place to stay!

If you are thinking about this property, just do it! The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is within a short walking and driving distance to many sights to see and places to eat. Many of our Uber drivers commented on what a great location and safe neighborhood we were staying in. The host...wow, I can't say enough good things about the host. Very communicative, super responsive and genuinely wants you to enjoy your vacation. I had reached out to ask if there might be any insulated bags at the property we could use. The host said there were not but within a couple of hours, she had two insulated bags delivered to us. Talk about customer service! I also really enjoyed that the only check-out instructions were to lock all windows and doors. While it's not a big load of work, it was nice to not have to worry about stripping the beds or taking out trash or any other household items

Unbelievable Luxury!!

The only thing more amazing than this gorgeous house was the hospitality of hostesses Lauren and Jen! They thought of every detail to make our stay exceptional! The house is new, fresh and BEAUTIFUL! The floor plan is spacious and the decor is upscale, yet inviting and cozy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and 3rd floor loft bedroom were stocked with coffee pods, water, sodas, and other cold beverages along with a huge variety of snacks - something for everyone. The mattresses, pillows, bed linens and towels are high quality and luxurious! All essential supplies were available in the kitchen and everything was quality brand name. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryers. It was nice to find plenty of laundry detergent and a big bonus to have a double garage for off street parking. The location is excellent - only a $7 Uber ride down to the Honky Tonk bars on Broadway and within walking distance to the Graduate (Dolly Parton’s hotel) and a few eateries. We barely drove our cars at all after arriving. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, couldn’t have been happier and will definitely come back again!
