The townhouse is beautiful and laid out perfectly for a group. There are 3 levels so you need to be mindful of that. We did have some late night noise . Great location, very convenient. The host, Lauren was wonderful. Always responded quickly.

Great property. Crazy traffic in area. Parking access is tight, but fine. Just a few minor maintenance items (cracked sink, lightbulbs, one TV remote not working). Some area noise from local bars with bands. Walkable to Vanderbilt easily. Overall great!

This home was beautiful. We were so comfortable there. The kitchen had what we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and I and each of our adult kids had our own space (bedroom/bathroom). The owner was very responsive to communication. I will definitely stay again when I return!

What a pleasure! The hosts stocked the refrigerator, had snacks in a basket upon arrival, and require you to do zero clean up upon departure! These little details make a huge difference! Beautiful place and I would rent anytime from these hosts! 10 out of 10!!!

A beautiful accommodation

We can’t say enough about how perfect this accommodation was for our group. We were in Nashville to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with 6 of our friends. It is so spacious and all of the little extras from coffee to shampoo made us feel at home. Lauren was excellent to communicate with. We would most definitely stay here again.
