Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Great place - tons of space

This was a great property for us. Plenty of space and bedrooms; full kitchen. Space for 2 cars in the garage was a huge plus. The only slight issue we had (and which is about to resolve itself) was access to the garage through the alley was blocked several times by the nearby hotel construction (which is almost complete) or trucks at the other end by the restaurant. It was not a big issue, just inconvenient once or twice. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with the property manager was super easy and informative every time. The property is managed very professionally, which makes such a huge difference!Overall, a great stay!.

Best Family Celebration

We stayed at this property from April 10-14th 2025 to celebrate my niece’s 21st and my sister‘s 50th birthday. The house was enormous with plenty of room for everyone! The house was filled with everything from all your bathroom needs to all your kitchen items. I can’t say enough about how easy the owners are to work with and how much they make you feel like you are at home. They even provide snacks upon arrival in the kitchen and up on the 3rd floor! There were extra linens, blow up beds & fans which are all nice touches! If I could, I would give it a 10 star rating and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Nashville area. Short uber ride to Broadway.

We had a blast. 1st time to Nashville. The property was perfect for four couples. Nice touch with stocking the fridge with various beverages. Lauren was responsive and helpful with pre-vacation questions. Instructions for the house were on point. Everything we needed for the stay was included.

One of the best!

We were in Nashville with a large family group for a college graduation. We needed space for many to sleep and to entertain. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better-appointed place. Lots of thoughtful details (snacks, drinks, full-sized toiletries) plus friendly and responsive hosts. I’ve stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this is one of the best!

Another amazing time in Nashville!

I rented 3 units from Lauren for my husband's 60th birthday celebration and it was amazing! The units are clean, decorated so pretty, well equipped and just so comfortable - the beds are amazing! All my guests were in awe of the accommodations! Lauren is so responsive to any needs and just wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!

Girls weekend perfection

We had the VERY best time staying at this property! Everything was perfect for 9 of us! It is located in the west end of Nashville and only a 7 minute ride to downtown, 12 south or the gulch and about 15 minutes from the airport! The house is well appointed and we loved all the room we had to lounge and hang out in the evenings! Lauren was so fabulous and answered all of our questions and responded quickly to anything we wondered about! Thank you Lauren and Jen for making this an amazing experience for us!!

Group of friends visit Nashville

The property exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious and exceptionally well equipped. One of our friends who has participated in a number of VRBO type stays, said it was the nicest place she’d seen. While we Ubered mostly. It’s about 1.5 miles from the Broadway Honky Tonks, so we were able to walk. I’d would recommend this place to friends.

Great house in Nashville

Very clean and well maintained property. Lauren is a great hostess. House was stocked with all cleaning supplies, towels, etc, and even had snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge waiting for us. Lauren was also quick to respond to all questions. 5 stars on everything but location (4 stars), since there is not much to do within walking distance. However, most things of interest are a quick drive away. Upshot is the price of this property is very reasonable for how nice the house is.

Another Great Stay!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at a property hosted by Lauren and Jen. They are the BEST hosts. Great communication before and during the stay (although we really didn't need much). The condo was perfect for our family. It's big, very nicely decorated, comfy beds, and everything you would need in the kitchen. They even had snacks, beer and soda waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and well organized. The garage was also a nice amenity. It was big enough for two cars (and one was a suburban). The location is excellent, close to Vandy and tons a restaurants nearby. Downtown (Broadway) is a short Uber away. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best!

3 couples stayed at this property for the South Carolina-Vanderbilt game. It was perfectly located so that we could walk to the stadium. We Ubered everywhere else. The townhouse is gorgeous and spotless. The furnishings are lovely. There was an abundance of towels. The kitchen is well furnished. Plus the having the coffee, tea, sugar and sweeteners were a bonus. Then the added touch of some snacks and soft drinks was so welcoming. The weather was perfect that weekend and we enjoyed drinking wine on the rooftop deck. I highly recommend this property!

2 Townshouses 16 women 4 men and a baby

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette party. We rented two townhouses side by side. It was close enough to downtown, quiet neighborhood, walkable downtown but most of the girls took UBER which were in credible at $7 a ride. Our host had the patience of a Saint, incredibly responsive, I cannot say enough good things about her. All of our guests left happy and raving about the houses, and our incredibly awesome host. Perfect property for any kind of event. 4 bedrooms in each house and large gathering place with the living room and dining room.
