Great location for exploring Nashville sites, and yet being in quiet neighborhood.Plenty of safe parking.Comfortable bedrooms, enough bathrooms and comfy gathering space for the 9 of us. Outdoor space lovely but a Nashville heat wave limited our use of it!

The location was convenient to Nashville attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. The firepit and seating area were just right for enjoying the outside. Very helpful to have a garage and the kitchen is well equipped.

Close to local attractions, coffee shops, Broadway, and restaurants. Clean rooms. The furniture was somewhat large and bulky, which made the space, especially the front living area, feel crowded. There were also more steps than we realized from the listing, which was challenging for my parents, who are in their late 70s. It would be nice to have extra hand soap available for bathrooms.

The property was spacious and well appointed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our party of 5 women! We enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck and we enjoyed the talking topics game at the property. It was not far from downtown and Uber rides were inexpensive.

Great Stay in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious with several full bathrooms. We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood, and everything was walkable or a short uber/lyft away. Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

This property worked perfect for our family to explore Nashville. The condo was clean (newly built), comfortable beds and plenty of space for us to spread out. Great location...walking distance to the Gulch or a short Uber ride to Broadway. The property owner was prompt, attentive and informative! We have already recommended this property to friends for upcoming visits.
