Vanderbilt Graduation

We rented this home to accommodate our entire family for our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt. The home is exactly as depicted and the location to the festivities was awesome. Great proximity to 12 South for dining and shopping. Great hosts. Made everything easy for us!

Wonderful weekend

We enjoyed our time here. Beautiful home, well appointed, great layout for a big group. Plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone. Quiet neighborhood, amazing rooftop patio was awesome on a cool Nashville night. We had 3 couples and each had their own king bed- perfect for us!

Best stay ever!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The owners messaged back quickly when I had questions and even offered to come over to help me with something. The house was BEAUTIFUL and worked well for a group of 10 girls. The location and neighborhood was great. We felt safe and could walk around easily. We all talked about how we would like to live there!

Wonderful Property

We were a group of seven ladies celebrating our 60th birthday. The house was perfect and location was great. The property manager was wonderful allowing us for any early check-in and was great with getting back to us. Would highly recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway to Nashville

The property was fantastic! New, clean, comfortable for four couples. Location was great - we walked to 12 South and it was a short drive to downtown and the Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house!

Incredible house, so beautiful and comfortable. We had many generations, everyone had their own space and privacy, which is exactly what we were looking for! The layout was beautiful communication with the owner was great. Would stay here again in a second if we had a big group. Location was also great, a little further than 12 south than I had thought, especially for 80 year olds! Wonderful house, would definitely recommend!

CMA Fest Nashville

Great location with proximity to 12 south and getting down to Broadway and Nissan. Great size and space offered in this property with room for multiples to have their own space. Couple of mattresses are ready to be replaced and a couple of replacement utensils for cooking would be great for such a nice property. Fantastic communication and process made this a for sure stay location.

50th Birthday Bash

Kim was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable and stocked with all the comforts of home. My family (husband, our 4 kids and one fiance) and I loved the location! They even grilled for my dinner on the rooftop deck! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Best of all worlds!

Wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location for a Belmont University graduation we were attending. Very close to trendy 12 South neighborhood. The house is just as described and as shown in photos. So much comfortable space to spread out in-with plenty of bathrooms for people to get ready each day! The rooftop patio area was lovely in the evenings. Very easy communication with owners. Couldn't recommend this more and when we return to Nashville, we will most definitely stay here again! Loved it all!

Spacious townhouse in 12 South

Good location near fun 12 south neighborhood. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Loved the spacious bedrooms and living spaces. Comfy beds. Although property seems pretty new, lots of little things broken - towel/tp racks, dishes, burnt light bulbs, blinds. Fairly well stocked kitchen but no glass wine glasses or corkscrew, few spoons. Master bedroom with high windows with no shades leading to very bright early mornings. All little annoyances but add up to only giving 4 stars. Would stay again if minor repairs were more attended to.

Property was very clean and as described. Five women and three men. Extremely roomy - 3 separate living areas. The rooftop patio was a favorite of everyone. Best VBRO so far. So much to do in Nashville - Broadway St., Grand Ole Opry, 12 South shopping, Trolley Tour. Highly recommend Bartaco on 12 South. Six of the Eight attended and graduated from High School in 1973. Made some great memories. Owners were available and very accommodating.

12South gem!!

This lovely home exceeded my already high expectations! My whole family came to town for my recent college graduation, and we were thrilled when we found a VRBO large enough to house us all. Not only was the place huge (with different levels, each with their own living areas), but it was immaculately clean and gorgeously decorated. I felt right at home! Additionally, as it is situated in the beautiful and safe 12South/Melrose area, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas no problem. The hosts were kind and responsive, granting us an early check-in. Five stars all day! We’ll definitely be recommending to friends.

Absolutely book this house!

First off the neighborhood is amazing! Super safe and clean with beautiful houses, & walkable to restaurants and shops. Short jaunt to Broadway for bars and fun! We found the advertisement the hosts left for guests about the van rideshare that was 5$ pp and fit all 8 of us. Now- the house! It was gorgeous, the photos truly represented it unlike some I’ve stayed in. It was super clean and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen well stocked, the different living areas made for lots of space to spread out and enjoy. The bedrooms/baths were incredible! We had the first floor en suite Master and the large high window in the shower let you see the sky and trees while in there. It was so cool. Lastly I LOVED watching the squirrels and wild cottontail bunnies outside! If you’re going to Nashville- 100% rent this house! Setting the bar high for our trip and the remaining houses. Hope they can live up to this one!
