This was a really nice and well cared for property and we had a really nice stay here. The host really goes above and beyond to make staying here a good experience. Super clean property and great communication. Really nice neighborhood and about a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to 12S, with great shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would def stay again.

If I could, I would give an extra star for this host. The property is in a great location, beautiful tree lined streets within walking distance to 12South, which is charming. The outdoor areas are also clean and thoughtfully arranged: we enjoyed mornings on both the front patio and the back dining area. The property is perfectly clean and organized, with even a cabinet full of thing you may need like advil and snacks if you arrive late. We had a minor light bulb problem, and the owner was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!

My family and I LOVED staying here during our visit to Nashville. This place had everything you needed to feel like you were at home. From the time we walked in the door it felt very homey and relaxing. The hosts were great. They helped out with everything from day one. This place was very close to literally everything we wanted to do on our trip. My family and I would definitely stay here in the future. All around great place!!

Our group expected a beautiful and clean place based on the listing but it even exceeded those expectations upon arrival. It’s also in a safe and esthetic walkable neighborhood which we valued greatly while being a short ride to downtown. Our hosts were beyond helpful and communicative to provide us with excellent food and entertainment options while in town as well. Would highly recommend.
