1 bedromm apartment renovated on 1st floor of a small building, located 100 meters from the Montjoie gondola. Parking space and ski locker in the basement accessible by elevator. Supermarket 50 meters. Shops, bars, restaurants 100 meters. Balcony, beautiful view of the mountains. Leisure park with many sports activities and games in summer. Equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill). Bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds 80*190). Living room with sofa bed 80*190 and single bed 80*190, table for 4. Wooden furniture, mountain style. Bathroom with bath+shower, vanity and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. Sheets, duvet covers and towels not provided. Possibility to rent them from the concierge (18 € per person for sheet/ duvet cover, 8 € per person for towels). No smoking, pets not allowed. End of stay cleaning included in the price.

Studio agréable et bien situé
Appartement bien situé au pied du télécabine ce qui est très appréciable. Très bien équipé, cuisine et salle de bain neufs, un grand placard. Il manque peut être des lampes de chevets pour la partie nuit. Le lit gigogne du salon mériterait d'être remplacer par un canapé lit avec un bon matelas.
