The blue ridgelines of the Smoky Mountain foothills stretch out before you at this stunningly situated cabin just outside downtown Pigeon Forge. It's a setting you won't soon forget - with a private hot tub, an expansive wrap-around deck, and a gorgeous mountain view to welcome you home each afternoon.

Step inside to find approximately 2,300 square feet of air-conditioned living space spread out across three floors. The main living level is the middle floor, offering walls of natural pine, lofty ceilings, and an entire wall of windows that frame the deck and the Smoky Mountain vista. The carpeted living room has leather sofas, an HDTV with cable service, a coffee table where you can set up board games, and a gas fireplace to warm you as you do so. The full kitchen, with every essential appliance, opens to this space, as does the dining room table by the window. A shared charcoal grill and a dining table outside on the wrap-around deck allow you to prepare and enjoy meals in the great outdoors as well.

After a day of exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the countless attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you can unwind in the private hot tub overlooking the mountains, kick back in a rocking chair on the deck, or join your kids downstairs in the game room with a hoop-shoot, a multicade arcade game, another TV, and access to another deck. At night, you'll find that there's one bedroom on each of the three floors (including a primary suite on the top floor), allowing for the utmost in privacy.

With your reservation, enjoy one FREE Ticket to each of these attractions: Paula Dean's Lumberjack Dinner Show, Wonderworks, Smoky Mountain Observation Wheel, NASCAR Speedpark, Rocky Mountain Coaster and Skyland Ranch (a $205.00 Value) as well as Exclusive Discounted Tickets to Anakeesta, Hatfield & McCoy, Dolly's Stampede, Comedy Barn and more.

Good spot, but lacking in ways…

Pros: - Stunning view (Kuwohi mountaintop (16 miles away) is clearly visible from either balcony)- Close proximity to many attractions in Pigeon Forge, including Dollywood.- Entertainment included (DVD and Blu-Ray, cable TV, HDMI access for your own use, Air Hockey/Ping Pong table, multi-game arcade cabinet) - Very clean all around! Cons: - Very steep drive up the mountain! Make sure your vehicle has the horsepower to make the climb.- Very uncomfortable king-sized bed on the lowest floor. I would ignore that bed when determining your lodging size accommodation. I would recommend limiting guests to 5 - two in each of the other beds, and one in the daybed on the lowest floor.- Lack of response from property management. I messaged a question via the Vrbo app regarding check-in, and never received a response.- Coffee makers (drip pot and Keurig) available, but no coffee provided. Make sure to bring your own! - A little overpriced, in my opinion… you’re definitely paying for the view you get, and the proximity to attractions.Feedback for property- Fix the king-sized bed on the lowest floor.- Consider providing K-Cups for visitors, or at least inform them the option is available to them.Overall, I’d recommend coming here! Just be mindful of the cons.

Stunning views

The views were so beautiful, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the little conveniences of towels, toilet paper, soap, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc. made this house so great. The rocking chairs on the front porch was where we spent a lot of time. This was our second time to this home and we would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Wonderful view

The house was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Wonderful air conditioner. Is very close to Pigeon forge and gas stations and grocery stores. We went to the English Mountain trout farm grill and caught our own fish to have cleaned and cooked ... That was fun Drank our morning coffee on the porch and enjoyed the wonderful view of the mountains. The game room needs the balls to play ping pong and the air hockey game needs the discs so we did other things that the young ones want to do. Enjoy your stay there. Enjoy your stay there...We sure did .

Once the Belle of the Ball, but no more.

The cabin has an unmatched view of Mount LeConte. However, it has some maintenance issues and the lighting is poor.

Absolutely incredible!!

The home was perfect, the view was mesmerizing. Sat on the enormous deck enjoying my coffee and listening to the abundance of various birds every morning. The arcade games and air hockey kept my adult children entertained like they were kids again. Great to hear them giggling again. Kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs. The beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were all on different floors allowing for space and privacy. Very clean. The house was far enough away from people but close enough to town for necessities. For sure a 10/10.

Sleeping with ladybugs

This home has so much potential!! The view is perfect but the home is dated. The fake flower arrangements all over the cabin are full of dust. The kitchen was not prepared for a large family dinner needing more cooking utensils and the dishwasher did not clean anything so we were hand washing our dishes. The bedroom is infested with ladybugs and the idea of sleeping with them made for many sleepless nights. The mattress in the master was sunk in the middle and badly needs to be replaced. The couch was peeling from being worn and also needed to be replaced. The whole cabin has old carpet and could stand some steam cleaning or just removed. The front bedroom closet doors weren’t even hanging just propped up and the bathroom downstairs had hair stuck to the walls. Also, there appears to be water damage seen on the living room walls. Overall the cabin had an amazing view but needed a thorough cleaning and extermination . I would not recommend this cabin to friends.

Served the purpose

The cabin accommodated our family. Upon arrival, the home appeared clean, top surfaces, with the initial walk through. The carpets were stained, the kitchen flooring was tore up, and the basement was very musty. The night it rained, there was water dripping down the cabin walls. The cabin was dark, mostly due to several shot light bulbs. We had to purchase batteries for the TV remotes. Toliet seat in basement was broke. We would not stay at this cabin again. For the amount we paid for 3 nights, these things should have not been an issue.

Rough around the edges and inside

Others have said, the location is beautiful, there is a great view in the backyard, there is no denying that, however the home itself is another story. The house needs a refresh, starting with the outside, needs pressure washing, and a paint job, and thorough cleaning, there are spiderwebs and debris all around the house, and on the house, the screens are falling out of the windows, the wood deck is all faded, and the paint is peeling, and the door latch is broken. The inside, the walls are all scuffed up, the kitchen appliances are all scratched, and the furniture has broken handles amongst many dents and various finish issues. The kitchen floor has several tiles ripped up, which are easy to trip on. One of the doors that leads outside from the kitchen, the lock was stuck so we cannot use the door to go outside. Regarding the cleanliness of the unit, I think they need to hire a new cleaning crew! There is dust everywhere, the AC vents are full of dust and grime, there is dust in every single corner, there are stains on the rugs. Dirty, dirty, journey! The location is great, close to town, but the cabin needs a total refresh!

Just what we needed!

The cabin is a little dated but it was clean, and for the most part safe and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this very site to anyone! Since it was a bit hard to back out of our drive we found it helpful to go just a bit past and use the turnaround, go just past our driveway and then back in. Worked great for us. (The refrigerator door needs to be addressed and there is a spot on the kitchen floor that can catch your foot)

Ok

House needs a full deep clean, Not many essentials, and not good quality when they were there. (Plastic plates, plastic cups, cheap silver wear) Great view, hot tub was nice, good size house. Could easily be a 5 star if they put the right work into it.

Fantastic cabin!

The view at this cabin is bar none the best part! Sitting in the hot tub whether day or night being able to enjoy the beauty of the smokey mountains was amazing. We booked another cabin to stay in with vacasa before being told the owner pulled the cabin we booked off the listing only a month out from our trip, vacasa contacted us letting us know and let us upgrade to this cabin and we were not disappointed in the slightest. Some of the other reviews mention water leaks. These seemed to have been fixed as nothing leaked while we stayed and it rained alot! The bottom level does stay a tad cooler than the rest of the cabin but there are space heaters down there to make up for it. The road to get to the cabin is steep but no steeper than any of the other roads going to cabins at the top of a mountain in this area. The drive way however is a little tough to get out of, the bushes in front of the drive way could use a trim that way you can see someone coming down the road when pulling out. We can't say enough good things about this place, besides a couple of nit picky things this cabin was perfect for our stay and we will for sure be considering staying here again!

DEAD RAT IN TRASH CAN IN KITCHEN!!!

The cabin has an incredible view, I don't think you can find a better place to stay for a view of the mountains. Now for the problems, the first thing was a dead RAT in the trash can. The dead rat should have just been flushed down the toilet. The roof has a spot about 2ft square where the shingles are gone, in other reviews this was reported 2 months ago and nothing was done to fix the problem, when it rained one night the rain was coming inside the top floor bedroom running down the wall making a puddle in the floor. Total disrespect to the renter offering a suggestion or problem. There was 5 TV's in the cabin but only 1 would show the TV programming and let you watch tv, not saying they might use gaming, did not bother us we didn't come to watch TV. The air conditioning worked good but the bottom floor was an icebox. The system has 2 intake vents, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the second floor. The filter on the 2nd floor had a clean filter in it but the outer grill was coated in grime. The 1st floor filter was full of dirt and the grill was also covered in grime. You had a note above the thermostat asking for us to not turn the air below 69 degrees or it would freeze up the coil, if the air intakes were kept clean and new filters were changed out every 3 months that would probably stop the coil from freezing up, if the coil doesn't have lots of air going across it it will freeze. The ceiling fan in the 2nd floor bedroom was out of balance and was knocking the ceiling the whole time which is the floor of the 3rd floor bedroom. They say the cabin is pet friendly but what I call pet friendly is a patch of grass outside for the dog to pee on or poop on. Inside was ok for the pet. The big windows could use a good cleaning, this was also something stated in the past. The bottom floor bathroom has a soft spot beside the tub, this is rotted and needs to be checked on, no big problem yet. Spider webs when you entered the front door at the ceiling. Cabin is dated. There is more but that is we saw. The 2nd deck was great, an outstanding view and the hot tub was really nice after a day with the grandson. The 1st floor deck view is unusable, the trees need a good trimming. I suggest these repairs for you to look into for the overall value of the cabin, it is an absolute beautiful place to stay but there are some repairs that need to be done for the value of the cabin itself, the biggest problem is the roof and y'all have been being told about the leak for the past 2 months. WE HAD A GREAT TIME ON VACATION AND ALSO AT THE CABIN!!!
