We had minor issues, but the host took care of them, even supplying a new gas grill when the original didn't work. The host was very apologetic for the issues and took care of them. I especially enjoyed the pool table and cleanliness. We would stay here again if we need three bedrooms.

We arrived around 6pm and were able to enter easily, the cabin was very nice but very far in the hills on winding roads. It was fairly clean but dusty; bedrooms were pretty clean but the bed in the upstairs bedroom felt as if the sheets had grit in the sheets and the people could not sleep on the sheets so they slept on top of the bed covers. It could have bern a better experience if they would have at least provided some condiments like salt and pepper. Those are items some forget to bring with them. We cleaned the floors before leaving and I must say they were very dusty because we swept up alot of dirt and dust from them and we did not run in and out of the house much at all during our stay and we were all adults. I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin for the price i had to pay for the 3 nights i stayed there.
We booked this cabin for a brief weekend with In-Laws. The owner was very responsive to questions and the cabin was exactly as described and seen in the photos. Neighborhood was quiet and allowed for a peaceful evening on the back porch in the hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cleanliness & location was fine. Needs attention & improvements with some amenities. WiFi very poor & spotty, no electrical plugs in downstairs bathroom, 2 pool cues & neither had tips - Pool table was unusable, upstairs bedroom - batteries removed from Roku device - unusable

Not as clean as advertised
A ball of hair was found among the supposedly clean towels in one of the bathrooms.
If you are looking for a reasonable price for a large cabin with privacy in the area, then this is the cabin. It is not a fancy cabin but I did not expect it to be at the price point. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean and one of the reasons I chose this cabin. The neighbors are not on top of you. We did not cook as planned so I can not comment on cookware, We did have dish towels and soap as was a previous comment but we only had one spare roll of toilet paper and one extra trash bag. We did buy more and just took the extra home. We would stay again.
The cabin was exactly what we needed with 3 adults and 4 children but it was not well equipped for a toddler. The doors dont latch you have to lock them to get them to shut because they are a sheet of plywood/siding. The door on the basement stairs had a spring on it so when the toddler was standing in the door way it could spring back and hit him down the stairs. No plug in the main floor bathtub so we had to go upstairs for bath time for 4 kids. Only 1 out of 3 lights in the kitchen worked so it was always dim. There was a band-aid as a door stopper very cheap. We were glad to be able to stay in a big cabin like this but lots of little problems that are really not expensive to fix. Just not on top of the owners priority list.
The property was in overall good condition. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the tranquility of being away from the hustle and bustle of town at the end of each day.
The cabin was very clean and well-stocked making our stay very comfortable. Kitchen had a crockpot, baking pans, casserole dishes, measuring spoons/cups, and both a regular drip coffee maker and pod maker. Our entire family had fun playing air hockey (children ages 6-13/adults 40-60.) There was plenty of space for our group of 7- four adults and three children. The beds were comfortable (not luxury but comfortable.) Extra blankets and pillows in closets of all rooms.
We enjoyed the time away. The cabin was perfect in a great location and more than enough room for all of us. I absolutely loved the check in and checkout instructions, very simple and easy.
Our stay was fabulous with the exception of two things. The first was the Internet. We couldn't get a signal 99.99 percent of the time. That was worrisome just due to checking in with family. The other thing was downstairs the bathroom door had two screws sticking out where the hinge was put in. They need to be cut off because I caught my arm on it and tore my skin off. It is still not healed today. Those were the only things we saw and other than that it was excellent. We will definitely do this again and will use the same cabin when on a Pigeon Forge/Sevierville trip. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.
My family and myself had a pleasant stay. Cabin was as described and clean, especially for a pet-friendly stay. Check-in and check-out was super easy.
There were plenty of towels and enough supplies to get you started. I always pack extra and the only thing we had to use of our own was wash-cloths (there were 9 of us for a total of 4 days) so I considered that a big win.
There are no outlets in the downstairs half bath, so if you are going with multiple families, you will have to share spaces when getting ready, which wasn’t an issue at all for us, but does make it a little inconvenient for those staying on the bottom floor.
There was only one working TV, which was on the bottom floor. Although we didn’t watch much TV, it would have been nice to have a working TV in the living room/dining area for the adults to lounge separately. There were 3 total remotes and none would operate any of the devices.
I did only reach out once to the host regarding an early check-in about a week prior to arriving at the property and did not hear back. I did only try through the VRBO chat because that is what was linked for contact. I 100% did NOT expect to be able to have an early check-in, however, I would’ve been willing to have paid extra or even booked an extra night if it would have been available. Hearing back either way would have been nice.
Overall, I would for sure recommend this property and hope to stay again! Location and property in general was a great bang for your buck.
