Kayaking, fishing, relaxing in the hot tub, plus only minutes away from beaches, shopping, casinos, dining, entertainment, Downtown Bay St. Louis and more!

Located in the heart of Pass Christian, in the Timber Ridge Community, on a serene bay inlet that leads out to the Bay of St. Louis, “One Big Holiday” offers some of the most breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and then some. Our outdoor area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Take a soak in our hot tub, go for a stroll on the water in one of our kayaks, play a game of ping pong, or grab a seat in one of our Adironak chairs while listening to the waterfall and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery that our amazing home has to offer! The Timber Ridge Community also has many amenities for you to enjoy such as a community Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Picnic Area, Playground, Boat Launch, Covered Pavilion, & Fish Cleaning Station!

Offering 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, our home sleeps 4 to 6 adults with 2 children, or 4 adults and 6 children comfortably. Open and spacious living area, queen size sleeper sofa. Large dining area with a full size dining table that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar with seating for two, in addition to our full size dining table that seats 6 on our screened in deck overlooking the water. Our kitchen is stocked with all that you would need to prepare a family meal in the event that you decide to stay in and cook.

All Bedrooms and the Living Room have TV`s that offer YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, & Disney +.

Down the hallway is our half bathroom and laundry area equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Our master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large flat screen tv, large double closets, a small office nook with a desk, and a private sunroom. Our master bathroom has a his and hers sinks, large soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large double closets, a tv, and it’s own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The bunk room has double sets of twin bunk beds, large double closets, a tv, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This is our third stay at One Big Holiday. This property offers so much for our family. There were 9 of us this time staying at the property. We are able to cook, enjoy the back patio. Plenty of room for us to spread at relaxing. Most of all we enjoy fishing in the back yard. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. We hope to see you again next May

The community pool that is advertised was Closed/had not opened yet for the Season.We would not have rented this property with no pool available! The property should not be renting for the amount it rents for: House needs pressure washing/everything is weathered, the seats in Khakis and life jackets are dry rotted, Ping Pong Table is all warped, Bikes are rusted with flat tires. Inside of house needs repairs. Rotten wood next to Refrigerator. Washer just filled with water and would not spin and drain. Faucet in Kitchen is very rusted. Bath vanities have no stoppers. Linens didn't feel clean and pillows need to be thrown out, very soiled. Also, have a junk draw in Kitchen and whole draw of OTC Medicine. The sofa is horrible, very uncomfortable. This property needs attention!

We had a great time fishing, kayaking, and relaxing at “One Big Holiday.” The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked. Lots of games for the kids and comfortable seating outside. The decor was lovely, but we would have loved more comfortable seating options in the living room. Overall, we had a great stay!

Not exactly what we expected

Not exactly like the listing. Multiple issues need to be addressed and I feel like they won’t. I let the realtor that takes care of the place know if all issues but I feel they fell on deaf ears. Inside: the coffee pot was broken but not replaced for us. Had a Keurig so we had to go buy those. The microwave didn’t have a plate inside, found it broken inside closet (it’s been there for a minute). The steps in back are about to break and fall through. Need repair. Lightbulbs out throughout house and above stove with no replacements around.

Perfect Cruisin' Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were down for Cruisin' the Coast and had seven adults staying together. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed staying at this home. The teens kept busy with the hot tub, corn hole, and multiple seating areas outside. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had loads of kitchen spices, and little extras like paper plates… we would definitely choose to stay at this home again.

great rental for two families with young children for the 4th weekend! the house is a perfect layout with bunk room and we enjoyed the screened in porch with dining table and downstairs area with ping pong and games. some maintenance is required throughout and the kitchen could use some additional pots, pans, etc. plenty of parking, convenient access to bay with our boat.
