Newly Renovated, Walk to the beach, Unique Vacation Station with Private Pool

This spacious home features a beautiful and warm warehouse design within a short walk to the beach. This home offers 2400 Square feet of open living with four bedrooms and three full baths. Fun photo op in our British style telephone booth! More than enough parking space and no stairs to climb.

I guarantee you'll walk in the front door or out the back and say wow!

The living room has loads of seating options including your very own antique barber's chair. Separate indoor bar style seating looking out to the pool area. Large custom table that seats 10.  Kitchen offers a unique warehouse feel with all stainless applicances and open shelving, fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, pots pans, traditional coffee pot and Keurig machine, eating/cooking utensils/mixing bowls etc. to cook up a fabulous meal.

Abundant entertainment amenities include pool table, board games and outdoor oasis with optional heated pool (additional fees apply) permanent awning style covered seating, charcoal grill, custom fire pit and water sheet fountain into the pool. Outdoor area is well lit and has plenty of grassy area to run and play away from the pool. Hidden courtyard off to the side.

The master suite offers a king bed, and en-suite with a Jacuzzi style tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms include a queen bed and access to hall bath. The last bedroom has four single beds and access to hall bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. This home includes free parking, supply of linens and towels, washer/dryer, AC, starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Don't risk your vacation it doesn't get any better than this! We have made every effort to make this feel like home away from home.

The wireless Internet service requires login and password which are available upon check-in.

Great Space To Spread Out

We stayed at this property with two of our adult children and their children. It is large enough for everyone to have their own space which was great. The kids love the pool and we were so glad we paid the extra charge to have it heated so they could use it even When the air temperature was in the 70s. The kitchen and dining area was large enough for us to have almost all of our meals there, although the kitchen needs a bit of organization. The neighborhood did have quite a bit of noise which hindered everyone’s ability to sleep well. There were often nearby dogs barking, a train that went through and blew its whistle several times a day (and night) and sirens. Overall, it was a great stay.

40th Anniversary Trip with the Whole Family

Incredibly Perfect. Well appointed, comfortable, clean, very quiet, thoughtfully designed, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, easy communication and prompt response to needs.

Good but needs a bit of attention

This house has plenty of space for a large group. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a large living room/dining room/kitchen area perfect for hanging out with a large group. The pool table is not in very good condition and the cue sticks all need to be replaced. The pool area is adequate but could definitely use some TLC and a good pressure washing. Sad because it has so much potential. BBQ canopy is falling apart and the pool use to have a waterfall effect but that does not seem to work and has large missing tiles on them. We also got a lot of rain one day and the wall in the master bedroom leaked badly. We had to sop up with towels. The owner did send someone to see about it. The industrial stove had to be lit with matches or a striker. Over all we made the best of it and had a good time while there. The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to our issues.

What an amazing house!

We had 13 people in this 4 bedroom 3 bath home and we never felt on top of each other! With a pool table to entertain the guys and a swimming pool to entertain everyone, no one was ever bored! We had plenty of space out back too and plenty of parking for all of our cars. We brought cornhole boards for added fun and got stuff to make smores with the kids in the outdoor fire pit. Let’s talk about what it is stocked with… we had more than enough plates, cups, silverware, cooking and baking pans and it had the regular coffee pot and.a keurig. Talk about stocked. There were towels a plenty and we got good use out of the washing machine. A couple of the bedrooms got warm at night so we used some fans that took care of it… otherwise everything was great! We came for July 4th and it was amazing to sit on the sidewalk at the beach and see fireworks a plenty in all directions. What an amazing vacation we had. Thank you for sharing your home… we had a wonderful time!

2024 Summer Vaca

Great get-a-way!! We chose the gulf coast on a whim and Vacation Station did not disappoint!! Property is exactly how it’s presented in the listing! Really there’s enough room for 10 people to stay comfortably!! Fun place that is in a convenient location to run the whole Mississippi coast line and experience all there is to offer!!

Lots of space

My favorite part of this place was how much room there was in the living room/kitchen area. There were 9 of us and I never felt crowded. I didn’t like being so far from the beach, but that’s on me for not paying attention. Could use some upgrades.

Beach vacation

The place was perfect for 6 adults and 5 children. Kitchen had everything we needed.There were enough bathrooms for us all. Wished we could have gotten the pool fountain to work. Close to the beach and all had a great time.

House was lovely and very spacious. We were in town for Jeepin the Coast and had several couples and several single adults and the house was a perfect fit. We also enjoyed the pool after being in the heat all day.

Very modern and well done decor. Plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining. Tv in every room which is always a plus. Pool water pristine and location was awesome. 2-3 minutes from Walmart. Could use new cooking pans and wooden cooking utensils for Teflon pans. Could use a few more plastic dishes for outside use. Could not find cushions for outdoor furniture. Overall great stay!!!!

Amazing stay

What a beautiful, unique home. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The house was stocked with everything you needed to have a comfortable stay and was very clean. The location was perfect and convenient to all the area had to offer .Our group had more than enough space inside and outside to make our stay extremely enjoyable . We were In town for our son’s wedding and this amazing house only added to the amazing weekend. Thank you

Christmas getaway

My family and I spent Christmas here. We enjoyed the pool and walks to the beach. The common areas were roomy for gathering. Needs a few updates but overall it was a great place to stay with a large group.

Holiday at Vacation Station

A big wow!

The vacation station was very welcoming when you first entered the door. Loved the unique decor. My grandchildren loved the phone booth and the barber chair. The lay out of bedrooms and bathrooms was just right for our family. Stayed in the pool most of the weekend. The kiddos a little disappointed the fountain wasn’t working. I had showed them the pictures many time on our Vrbo app. Need a little tlc out back but it didn’t stop our fun. Owner was so friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again soon.

Annual girls trip

Property is one of the best for large groups!! The house has everything needed to cook - so many dishes, utensils, etc! The pool got used for hours each day! Owner was a phone call away when needed a question answered.

Mississippi is a great place to vacation!!

My family and I loved Mississippi, and this property just made us feel like we were on our own planet!! We are just a family of 4, but there were enough beds for 2 families of 4, and also 3 full baths!! The owner is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns, which is a huge plus. And the back of the house is your own little oasis, with a beautiful pool, plenty of seating and lounge chairs to stretch out, and if you would need it, a fire pit. We stayed in July so we were doing our best to just stay cool, so the air condition and ceiling fans are top notch!! So if you’ve never been, please don’t hesitate to book this perfect place to have everything you could possibly need and more!! And 1 thing I was unsure of was the neighborhood itself, it’s a nice quiet little community that cares about how their community looks, and it is well taken care of. Another bonus is that it’s pet friendly, because our pup goes everywhere with us.
