Host responded very quickly to any messages. The arcade games were such a hit with our grandkids after a long day on the beach!! Walk to beach was about 1 minute and we were also able to drive our vehicle to the beach and park to unload. House had everything we needed as well as chairs and beach floats and toys. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of spices. Totally recommend to anyone with young children.

The house itself is really nice, clean and very spacious. The host replies quickly to. My only complaint is that trying to cross the street to get to the beach is dangerous, cars drive really fast and the beach itself looks very muddy, dark and dirty. There isn't much to do around there and the restaurants close by are okay but pricey. If you want to gamble and just walk on the beach, then it's good visit.

The home is beautiful! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped. If you areplanning a couples trip, there are really only 3 large beds for couples. All of the other options are either a sofa couch or bench twin beds than my son stated we’re not well padded or comfortable. There is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds that are clearly for children. Thankfully, we had less adults than we previously thought we were going to have, so we only had one adult that had to sleep in the rec room bench bed. I’m only saying this because if you have 4 couples, you will have one of those couples sleeping in the upstairs rec room or a pull out sofa. It says it sleeps 14, but I think it’s more like 3 couples and 6 children. Other than that, this place is tops! We walked to the beach one day and really enjoyed our stay.

Super close to TrainTastic, Jones Park, Mississippi Aquarium, Lynn Meadows, and the beach, as well as walking distance to popular restaurants. Comfortable beds and good layout. Smooth experience working with a helpful host!

The beach house was in a perfect location for our beach trip to Gulfport. The house fit 11 of us comfortably and there were plenty of amenities to keep us all occupied and entertained. A couple of notes. One day we were planning to use the blackstone griddle to cook but when we removed the cover it was rusted to the point where it was unusable. Not a deal breaker but if you're planning to grill maybe reconsider unless the grill is updated after our stay (May 2026). Every room had a sound machine that made relaxing after Long Beach days nice and soothing. Would definitely book this location again!

The house is beautiful!! My family enjoyed our stay here!! Owner was very quick to respond to the few messages I sent him and very kind in his responses. I loved to find there were beach toys, chairs and a wagon to use. Really appreciate the opportunity to stay in his home!
