Our multi family group loved this property! There was so much room for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted. For the first time at rental property we were able to feel totally comfortable and relaxed together without feeling like we were right on top of one another. The area is modest but amazing!!! We really enjoyed being able to sit on the ledge at the end of the pool. From the game room to the pool, and all the comfy furniture, there is something for everyone here!!! We’re already planning a return trip!!

We loved the stay at this property! We only left the property once to go to the store the whole time while we were there. It's a great place to spend time with the family and provided; swimming, hot tub, pool table, fishing, grilling, and Biloxi river sand bar along with nice accommodations in the house. We had our groceries delivered, so this was a relaxing stay-cation. FYI, lots of information is provided on each aspect of the place, that's great when needed but some may feel like its a large amount of information for a VRBO stay. We appreciated the information and the hosts was very pleasant and super quick to work with. Place was very clean and everything we needed was there, even had a few extra things like coffee and spices and pool noodles were there on our stay. Thanks!

Our VRBO stay was amazing! The location was perfect. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space for 14 people. The hot tub was a special treat and very clean. We were able to swim, fish, play pool, foosball, and makes s’mores in the amazing fire pit. We had a fabulous time! Thank you for hosting. We so enjoyed our stay!

the river lookout

this was an absolutely amazing place to stay. so much to do on the property whether it was fishing, swimming, playing pool, had great space for cornhole. all in all a great place for a big family vacation. 10/10 would stay here again

PLEASE read BEFORE booking!!!! Upon arriving that afternoon we checked in without issue. The next morning, we were flooded in. We could NOT leave the rental nor could surrounding neighbors leave their homes do to the significant flooding in the area. It was never disclosed to us on the listing itself, booking details or by the host that flooding was possible & NORMAL at this location. We had 2.5 solid days where NONE of the roads around the home were accessible in or out due to high water. Per the FEMA records, this home is listed as a HIGH RISK flood zone which is NOT disclosed. I would HIGHLY discourage this rental unless you clearly understand that the home is in a HIGH flood zone that is NOT advertised nor disclosed anywhere on VRBO or by the host herself. Pictures attached are of the rising waters we experienced for multiple days first hand at this VRBO.

Our stay at River Lookout was absolutely amazing! The setting on the Biloxi River is beautiful and peaceful, with incredible views and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. We spent hours down at the riverside pavilion relaxing, watching the river, and just enjoying being outdoors.The property has so much to do for all ages. The pool was a huge hit with our group, and evenings around the fire pit made for some great memories. The game room kept everyone entertained, especially during the hottest part of the day.One feature we really appreciated was the luggage lift—it made unloading and loading so much easier, especially with a large group. Little conveniences like that really make a difference.The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for gathering with family and friends. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet it's surprisingly close to everything. We had easy access to Gulf Coast attractions, restaurants, shopping, and activities while still enjoying the quiet riverfront setting.Whether we were enjoying the river views, playing games, swimming, or simply spending time together, there was never a dull moment. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of amenities and a beautiful riverfront location, River Lookout is hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasure spending time at this house the space in the house was great we weren't on top of each other ,plenty on bathrooms for us ,we were only there a short time i believe just 2 of us used the pool, but overall the home was great for our family to enjoy.
