What A Retreat! In a pleasant neighborhood in the beautiful hills above Grecia.

Contemporary 2 story with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths in a pleasant neighborhood that provides a sensational view of the hills and distant volcano. This villa is in the community of San Miguel de Grecia,
about 15 minutes drive from the bustling town center of Grecia.
What a place to relax it is! Read a book on the upper balcony or have some wonderful coffee on the patio set in the yard. Hiking trails and waterfalls are a short drive away.
This beautiful home also provides clothes washer and dryer for your use.
Please note that the bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs. A highly rated orthopedic twin mattress is also available for 5th guest in any bedroom or livingroom; you choose.
Kitchen, dining room, livingroom, laundry, and half bath are located on the ground level. Private covered parking included.

Comfy home

A very comfortable home in a Costa Rican residential neighbourhood. There is a lovely view from the upper deck of the surronding area that is dotted with coffee plantations. The home had comfy beds and plenty of interior space. Felt safe and relaxed here. We would return again. Dana was very good at answering any of our questions and helping us during our stay.

Very spacious and convenient!

The house was easy to find and convenient to SJO. It is also very clean and spacious- perfect for our family of four! Amazing sunsets and good base for exploring nearby locations in the Central Valley (such as coffee plantations, Poas Volcano, etc.). Mini supermarket is walking distance away and just a short drive to restaurants. The host, Dana, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Amazing! We wholeheartedly recommend this property 😊.

Great place

Dana’s place is absolutely breathtaking. It’s located on a hill with windows and balcony door strategically placed so we have maximum view. It’s cool enough that you don’t need AC, but she has water heater. Finding the place is a little bit tricky, but trust Waze. It helps if you get eSim before arriving, so you have data. There are small stores nearby that you can get snacks and drinks, but it’s only less than 15min to Grecia. Would definitely come back if we ever go back to Costa Rica. Dana is a great host, great communication.

The property smelled very musty. The TV worked, but we could not get Netflix or any other app to connect. The shower was warm, not hot. No other hot water for shaving in any sinks. We did like the washer and dryer. They made the stay worth it.

The property is comfortable , clean and has the necessary amenities. Spectacular view of the mountain from a balcony. Only negative was the location status on the VRBO app is not the location the property is on. I was expecting to be in the center of Grecia but it’s actual location is about 8 Km north west in an area called San Miguel. 100 mts este de la Escuela de San Miguel, Provincia de Alajuela, San Roque, 20304, Costa Rica Not a deal breaker for I enjoyed my stay . But not the easiest place to find especially if you don’t know the area. Thankful was able to reach the owner who was very patient and willing to guide me to the location.

Grösse und Einteilung und Kücheneinrichtung sowie die Waschmöglichkeit sind sehr gut. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus. Die Innenbeleuchtung im Küchen- und Essbereich könnte etwas besser sein, vor allem sollten nicht noch Lampen defekt sein.

Clean apartment in San Miguel

This property is as described and was clean except for lots of ants due to the rainy season. Since we didn’t have a car, we used taxis and the bus to get around. It’s about 7 kilometers to town. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and there was a convenience store close by. Dale is very responsive as a host and allowed us to come early. She had some good suggestions for the area as well.

Fantastic Grecia visit.

Great experience with this host. She is a super communicator and responded very quickly to any questions that we had prior to our visit. She was also very available during our visit. We would definitely recommend this location, convenient to many things and attractions and staying at her place better.

Lovely Tico neighborhood, Dana was amazing!

Lovely Tico neighborhood, Dana was amazing! Quiet and safe with stunning views of the mountains and valley and lights from the cities far off in the distance from the upper deck. Dana could not have been more helpful answering all of our questions! Would definitely recommend.
