A spacious and elegant Beach view Home, offering super easy beach access and amazing views of the Gulf. 4300sq ft of living space, with 6 bedrooms - each with en-suite Private Bath ( and 3 of them Master Bedrooms), Pool Table and an Elevator for Seniors and those with disabilities. Our home will easily accommodate groups of up to 18 in luxurious, and provide spacious comfort for everyone in your family.

Oceanview is purpose built to serve large families, and those with special mobility needs (Wide Halls and an Elevator). Also a great option for multiple couples vacationing together. At about 2x the size of a typical island beach house – each person in your group is guaranteed to have ample space to move around, relax and enjoy all the fine facets that Oceanview Castle has to offer.

Immediate Beach Access - 60 seconds from the front steps to the beach! Oceanview Castle is just a quick hop across the street from the beach. Bring the entire family - set up your gear for a whole day on the beach. Need to make a pit stop back home for a bit of shaded rest, or a bathroom break? No problem, you’ll be there and back in a flash and wont even have to break down your beach setup!

A Private Bath for every Bedroom: Worthy of note - each and every bedroom has it's own full bath - a highly unique feature among large home rentals here on the Island. Oceanview may well be the only large family rental with a dedicated bath for each bedroom.

Private Kids Apartment Retreat – Families and Friends love to come together and share time together on vacation – and they also appreciate their personal quiet space. Oceanview Castle serves up oodles of space and privacy. The Castle’s first floor quarters make for an amazing kids zone. The teens of your group will have their own private space for some personal evening unwind time – in a totally independent 850sq foot 2 br/2 bath Apartment located on the first floor of the house. Complete with its own fully stocked kitchen and living room with Smart TV. It even has its own private outside access door with keyless entry. Adults Rejoice – you’ll have the Upper two floors all to yourselves for quality evening rest, relaxation and recalibration.

Game Room with Billiard Table: A game of Pool…..or perhaps there is a Big Game on this evening. The Castle provides a room to enjoy both! Mini fridge and dry bar on site.

Bathrooms abound! – every single bedroom has its very own Full Bath. 5 of the 6 bedroom baths are appointed with Granite or Marble showers, floors and countertops! Luxurious private space! Plus, another Half Bath can be found next to the RecRoom, as well as one Outside.

LAYOUT:

Main Floor (2nd level): Huge open and bright living area with 9ft ceilings, Large family area with TV and comfortable leather sectional seats up to 8. Travel down the expansive hallway to the Recreation Room with Entertainment Center, Cable TV & Pool Table with DryBar. This floor also has a large bedroom with private bath right off the GameRoom – perfect for the young adults of your group.

Upper Floor- Climb the wide open, sweeping travertine staircase to the third floor for access to the 3 Master Bedrooms - each with its own private bathroom. The MasterSuite on this floor boasts its own private balcony with a splendid view of the Gulf – wake up, open the door and hear the Ocean sing to you.

Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen on Main floor. Granite countertops. Microwave, two ovens, all stainless appliances, awesome dishwasher. Keurig and standard coffee maker, plus teapot.

Dining: Epic wooden dinner Table capable of seating 12 = plus lengthy bar with 4 premium bar stools. The 10ft long ‘Kings Court Table’ serves Castle guests in style. 16 will dine in elegance and spaciousness.

Front Covered Patios – Two floors with covered patio offer Beach and Ocean viewing, sounds of crashing gulf waves, and some fine Gulf Blvd people watching. Also, enjoy the weekend fireworks right on the front porch!

WET FLOORING: Our marble and travertine floors can be extremely slippery when wet. It is highly recommended that, in order to keep all occupants safe, guests dry off completely outside prior to entering, especially with regard to the main floor and main staircase. Caution signs will be posted. Children should be closely supervised in this regard.
***REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number on the rental agreement, with exception of permission permission from owner.

• Master2- Top Floor Large bedroom with King size bed and private bathroom.
• Master3- Top Floor Large bedroom with Queen bed, private bathroom and a Large Walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 4- Main Floor Standard bedroom with 1 Double bed, 1 small Queen bed, and private bath.

First Floor / Apartment Bedrooms (2):
• Bedroom 5- Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, Heavy Duty Bunk Bed set with 3 twin size beds (including a pull-out Bunk/Trundle) and Private Bath.
• Bedroom 6- Bedroom with Bunk Bed (2 twin beds - Children only) and private bath.

**2 Additional Twin mattresses are readily available if needed. These tuck nicely out of the way into two of the large Master Suite closets on top floor, or set them up wherever else you may prefer.
