This historic yet updated home was built in 1905 The house has a mix of antiques and modern furniture for stunning design and comfort. It lies in Monte Vista, the most prestigious historic subdivision in the city. There are 5 bedrooms, large dining room, fabulous kitchen and don't miss the dipping pool, hot tub and fire pit out back. The upstairs rooms are very private for your guest that prefer their own space. Walk to many of the top restaurants in the city. A mile from the Pearl and 1.5 from the Riverwalk restaurants

The house was perfect for our large group with plenty of room. Everything was in order and Debby was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay! We will be back!!!

Clean, safe, and homey!

Absolutely incredible house. We’ve stayed here twice now and really enjoyed the beautiful home and space to relax. The host was so gracious and quick to respond, and it’s the perfect location (both close to everything and safe). Would definitely recommend for a larger group!

In town for clinic

The property was more than we expected. Plenty of room and we loved all the rooms and the outdoor lounge area. The location of the house was perfect to restaurants and a near by golf course.

I am a happily married high school math teacher and short term property manager. My husband and I live in downtown San Antonio and have been here for over 30 years. We are excited to show off our city to the many visitors that come to the area each year. We know the best restaurants, coffee houses and parking spaces! Why they chose this property

Why this property? You will not be asking that within seconds of entering this unique property. It is museum quality. We call the house "The Brack House" because they were the original builders in 1905. It was designed by James Walker Flood, well known designer that also designed the famous Saint Anthony Hotel here in SA. At the time of completion (1907) this house was the most expensive house, to date, in the country (price/sq. inch).
Please enjoy becoming part of the history of "The Brack House".

This house is in the perfect location. Walk to some of the best restaurant this town has to offer. It is near EVERYTHING, downtown, The Pearl, the airport, Fiesta Texas and 20 minutes from Seaworld. Museums and the Alamo within 3 miles.
