Great place in Fishers

Overall was a great place for us to stay in Fishers. The location was good, close to all kinds of food and activities. The brewery next to the building serves excellent food and seemingly great beer and drinks (we don’t drink). The pool and hot tub were nice and parking was plentiful.

Great place to stay!

From clean & quiet apt to stay. The beds were clean & amazingly comfortable. Even though we were close to the interstate & a next door to a restaurant, it was very quiet. The restaurant had good sandwiches & pasta to choose from menu. There was nightly entertainment. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fishers!

Nice Apartment and Location

We spent 2 weeks in Fishers and this apartment was great. It is modern and clean. The location is perfect and restaurants and downtown Fishers are an easy walk. There were a couple of minor issues and Amy was very responsive and resolved them immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Great Unit and Location

The location of the unit was great. Fishers is a fantastic area and the unit is near a lot of restaurant options and shopping. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The access to the pool and gym was nice and the walk across the parking lot to get food and listen to a band was fun. The owner was responsive and we had no issues.

Perfect location in Fishers

We spent 3 months in Fishers. This location was perfect as it was very close to all that Fishers offers yet far enough away that you were able to avoid the noise and traffic. The property itself is fairly new and offers many amenities, including valet trash pick-up. The unit was very clean and spacious. It is well furnished and comfortable. Amy was very responsive to any communication I had with her. My only complaint was that there was nothing left for us in the property to tell us about the property or the community. The TV used Hulu, which we had never used. It would have been nice to have written instructions for this. We also had to find out on our own where the keys were and where all they would be needed. Also we learned on our own that there was valet trash pick-up, where to take trash if you need it before pick-up and what restaurants and entertainment is available nearby. We've always had a binder or something similar in previous VRBO properties welcoming us and listing helpful hints about the property and community.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I met with Wanda and her husband to give them a complete tour of the property and gave them in person instructions prior to them choosing to rent the property. They asked me for extensive discounts to stay for 3 months which I granted. Wanda also messaged me about 20 times with questions prior to her arrival which I answered. Upon her arrival, I provided all the details of keys, trash, etc. I think she just did not read them or had forgotten. Throughout their stay, Wanda messaged me several times and never about keys, trash, restaurants, etc. She did however ruin all of the washclothes left, a very dirty apartment, and marks all over the white walls. When I asked her about these items, she was very defensive and therefore I am sure she just had to have a retaliation comment in her review.
