Set beside an olive grove the poolside villa is 12 mn away from Marrakech by car

The villa of Arab-Moorish architecture includes 5 bedrooms each with its private bathroom (one with jacuzzi), dressing room, balcony or terrace. All rooms are equipped with good bedding, reversible air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, TV, DVD player, hairdryer. Everything is planned for your well-being and your comfort.
For the living area, you will find a dining room, a living room with open fireplace, a television lounge with library (books and around 800 films) and a games area, all distributed by a corridor from which you can admire a row of arcades. The open-air patio will offer you a moment of softness and rest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the utensils required for a well-designed kitchen.
Mina, the housekeeper will concoct regional dishes to delight your taste buds; she will prepare breakfast and one meal per day (choice of lunch or dinner). You only have to provide the ingredients. Mina will also take care of the daily cleaning and the end of stay cleaning.
Ahmed, the caretaker and gardener will ensure that the garden is kept in pristine condition.

In the garden, you can find different palms trees, olive trees (36), fruit trees (orange, lemon, pomegranate trees, fig, etc.), various herbs (thym, rosemary , lavender, basil, sage, mint,…), cacti and flowers (laurels, bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine,…).

The private swimming pool, 6 by 12 m, has a slide and a special enclosure for toddlers.
Board games, playground, trampoline pétanque court, a whole universe designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
From the panoramic terrace, you can admire a 180° breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains covered in snow during winter. You can drive to the Oukaïmeden skiing resort winter.
Nearby, you will find many sports activities (8 golf courses, quad or motorbike rentals, horseback or camel riding, water centers (Oisiria and Aquapark 2 km from the villa).
A vehicule is desirable to make you stay pleasant. We have on site a 7 seater Mitsubishi Pajero with driver (Ahmed) available for rental (no off road driving).
