Incredible rental, easily one of our favorites in Flagstaff. The view of the mountains is phenomenal and the forest behind the property is equally beautiful. Very close to town but feels like it's in the wilderness. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked pots, pans, utensils, coffee making supplies, crock pots, etc. The pool table and foosball are in great condition and provided tons of fun for our family. The ping pong table was a nice touch as well. Everything was meticulously clean, the host was extremely communicative and responsive.
We loved our stay! Beautiful home in wooded area near SnowBowl, perfect for our snowboarding trip. Kitchen was very well stocked and everyone loved the pool table and foosball table (and sore snow boarders got a lot of use out of the massage chair and hot tub!). We would absolutely book this home again--thanks for the wonderful visit!
This property was great for a family vacation. It has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of seating, and a fun game room that entertained the entire family. We had two dogs of which were perfectly happy with the property.
The home is very homey and comfortable...very clean and accommodating. We were a family, two sons and our granddaughter
Very convenient to skiing. Kitchen is very well stocked and owners very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this home for a Flagstaff stay.
We had such a nice time. Great property, beautiful scenery we all enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and “essentials” was awesome. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub!
Christi was an exceptional host and was incredibly responsive through the trip. Being so close to Snowbowl, the house was perfectly located for our ski trip!
What a great property and location! Very spacious and plenty of entertainment options inside and out. Great hosts who ensured our stay was enjoyable! Beautiful views all around the house! We will be returning!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the home. The house was immaculate, well stocked with basics, lots of upgraded appliances, and the beds were comfortable. The game room was a big plus for my adults boys and their friends especially since they came to go skiing and couldn't for 2 days (Snowbowl closed due to high winds). Your only 10 minutes from Basha's and Fratellis (a really good pizza restaurant)
This was exactly what we were looking for. We spent 2 days on the mountain skiing, took a short drive to Sedona for ATV rides and spent a day at the Grand Canyon. This location was perfect to see everything we wanted in AZ! The house gave all of us plenty of space to come back and relax after some long days. The hot tub was just the icing on the cake! We will for sure be staying here again!
This mountain home is lovely. The view it has of the San Fransisco Peaks was stunning as was the setting in the pines. We were happy for the close proximity to the ski resort. The kitchen is very well stocked. The downstairs game room provided lots of fun and laughter. It was a little hard to keep the place warm but it was bitter cold out and the wind was howling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! While we found the layout of the home to be a little odd and somewhat dated, the views were great and the home had a plethora of amenities. There were plenty of comfortable beds and a variety of spaces inside and out to enjoy. The location of the home was fantastic, only a quick 15 min drive to Snowbowl or downtown. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and has fantastic views, big open window was our favorite part. It’s a very quiet area, perfect to relax and enjoy nature, not to mention the night sky “stars spectacular”! It’s perfectly located for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.
The cleanliness of the house is top notch, so are all the kitchen amenities and games etc. Christi was extremely helpful before and during our stay , answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations! Highly recommend!
We booked this lovely home because it was close to our daughter's wedding venue. It was a wonderful location, easy to find, and fit our family of 10 well. We also had room to arrange all of the flowers and make the dessert for the wedding. The decks are fabulous, with enough space for everyone to sit together or get some alone time.
This house was perfect! It was exactly as the listing portrayed. We had everything we needed during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. The location was perfect…remote yet just a quick drive if we needed something. Communication with Christi was super quick! Would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful mountain home in a quiet and peaceful area.
Spotless and fresh smelling on arrival. Great amenities to enjoy…hot tub, combo pool table, ping pong table, large deck, BBQ grill, fire pit. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The property host is very responsive and helpful.
My husband and I wanted to spend a long weekend with our 2 daughters, their boyfriends and our 2 small dogs. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The house was so clean and well stocked and the area is so beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and the downstairs “playroom” was amazing! We had so much fun playing pool, ping pong and foosball! The owner was so great at communicating and has everything written out for you. We will definitely be planning another family trip back to this house! Thank you so much Christi for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Christine! I am so happy that you all enjoyed your stay and that the home had everything you needed. It was a pleasure hosting you all.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this rental. This host thought of everything! It provided everything we could have expected and more. I was especially appreciative of the stainless bowls and plastic Snapwear. Thank you for the complimentary Coffee! Loved having the washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen contents are good quality. There was ample supply of towels. Appreciated having 3 King beds and the full-size bunks. Portable air conditioners in each room are a game changer.
Watching TV was limited, and streaming was challenging so we missed some baseball games that we had hoped to watch. This seems to be a consistent problem in remote locations. Not a dealbreaker.
My family and dogs had the best time in this spacious rental! Would rent again.
We really enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The property was beautiful, surrounded by pine trees. The house was clean. We were actually surprised with how clean the patios and furniture were being surrounded with all the dropping pine needles! The AC units were really nice to have in July. Yes they're loud but didn't bother us too much. The basement had all sorts of fun games to play. Our family had a lot of fun down there! The house is old and could do with some improvements, but overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. We used the grill and sat around the gas fire pit almost every night. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The host was very quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. Other commenters mentioned that the internet didn't work great. I was kind of hoping that was true so my teens would unplug for the week! But we only had internet issues one of the 7 nights we were there ;)
