Nestled in a quiet, old Montauk neighborhood, look no further for a nice relaxing vacation. The cottage ( attached ) has its own separate, private fenced in yard, with a gas grill, outdoor table with umbrella and lounge chairs. We also provide a set of beach chairs and beach towels for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close enough to easily get into town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Lovely & extremely thoughtfully-equipped accommodation. Quiet & peaceful location, both day & night. The bedroom's queen bed was very comfortable, and the room's ceiling fan kept it nice and cool for sleeping. There was another ceiling fan in the living room as well as an a/c split unit, along with a large TV & comfortable sofa & chair. The entire space stayed very comfortable even without use of the a/c, with a lovely breeze coming through the open windows. The bathroom had a large, lovely shower, with plenty of towels & toiletries provided. The kitchen was very well equipped for meal preparation & dining. The fenced-in yard was completely secure for my dog, & had a table with umbrella that seated four, two chaise lounges, & a barbecue grill. Beach towels & two beach chairs were provided. Located about five minutes from the village center, & about ten minutes from Hither Hills State Park.This was a wonderful stay in a super clean, cozy place that had it all. Loved it! Thank you for making my vacation so great!

What a lovely stay in Montauk. This sweet little property had every accommodation one could need for a relaxing getaway, including a fenced green space for our Maddie girl while we enjoyed an evening cocktail, which meant so much to us. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly central to everything.What truly stood out, though, was the care, proactive communication, and genuine hospitality of our host, Mary. She made everything feel effortless and welcoming from start to finish. Even the weather was amazing. Not quite sure how she pulled that off. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already hoping to return.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, just a short walk from town. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Fantastic Weekend for 2

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend and had the best time - the accommodation is perfect for a long weekend in Montauk. Short walk to the beach, close to town and all the restaurants, and the space itself is really awesome (we used the grill to bbq one night). 100% would love to stay again

Great apartment!

We loved our stay - the unit is cozy but very clean and perfect for a couple (and we had a small dog with us). Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was a huge plus, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to help us cook our meals we grilled each night. Nice backyard and location overall.

Great stay in a fabulous location

We had a fantastic time at Mary’s. The check-in process was very seamless, with Mary even letting us check in early. She had great suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. The place was perfect for a long weekend, with walkability both to tow, beach and bay!
