This newly-renovated five bedroom house in Montauk is available to rent. The house is perfect for families and groups who wish to relax and entertain friends by a pool.

The pool and landscaped backyard provide the perfect private entertainment area. The pool sits alongside a hot tub situated within an exposed sunroom.

The house is decorated in a relax beach house style, and is equipped with Sonos speakers. There is a record player in the living room that comes with an extensive and quality record collection. The TV room has Sonos speakers, flat screen tv, apple tv, and a playstation 4.

There is a full kitchen with new Kitchen Aid stove and modern appliances. A four-burner bbq and beer and wine frig is situated outside.

The house has five bedroom. There is a master bedroom upstairs with ensuite bath; a 2nd master downstairs with ensuite bath; and three other bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a "queen and twin" bunk bed. All bedrooms (except one) have walk-in closets.

There are three full bathrooms, (inc. the two ensuite bathrooms) and one half bathroom downstairs. There is also an outdoor shower.

4 bicycles come with the house, as well as a beginners surf board. For an extra fee renters can make use of a 7-seat Nissan Pathfinder with beach parking rights.

The house has a double garage, and above the garage is another space with couches and home theatre set-up.
