Shabby chic beach house on a dead-end road surrounded by protected wetlands, ensuring tons of privacy. House is centrally located across the street from Montauk Downs golf course, a short bike ride (less than 1 mile) from the beach and center of town. Open floor plan, 4 br (each w/closet), several windows in every room, 2 bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower, indoor jacuzzi, laundry, central air, fans and new Casper beds.

RR#: 17-422

4 bedrooms that can be configured as needed with extra beds perfect for children and families. A finished basement provides additional open living space with 50 inch TV, 4th bedroom, storage and laundry.

Priority will be given to longer term rentals. Please note there is a Nest outdoor video security system in place for safety measures.

Excited to visit again

My husband and I had a wedding to attend at Gurney's during our stay so Tina's home was a perfect option for us and our family. 5 minutes from anywhere you wanted/needed to go! The house was clean and comfortable with great living space on the first floor and in the backyard. All of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very a nice size. Tina was a gracious host - super personable and communicative - and I look forward to returning sometime soon.

Peaceful beach house

My family and I had a great stay at this home. It's beautifully decorated and really feels like a beach stay. The street is quiet and close to town and the beach and the owner is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach house on quiet street

Tina’s home was perfect for a girls trip to Montauk. We loved the outdoor area for bbqs and the close proximity to town and the beach. Tina’s house is also very close to the golf course and harbor! The home is clean and nicely decorated with comfortable spaces. Communication was amazing and the home was well stocked. Highly recommend the beach getaway.

What makes this property unique

If you like natural light and views of undeveloped protected land, then this is the place for you. There are large windows all over the house and the views are endless which is rare in Montauk. You won't be bothered by traffic as the house is at the very end of a dead end road, yet you're extremely close to town, beaches and Ditch Plains. You're right in between Lake Montauk and Fort Pond.
