This recently updated upside down 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features a recently updated kitchen and 3.5 renovated bathrooms, three private decks, outdoor fire pit, winter and partial ocean views from second floor and a very short 1/4 mile walk to a pristine private beach with private parking with pass. The decor features a beach vibe with master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with king size bed, another bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two full size/double beds and full en-suite private bathroom. laundry room on bedroom level and an additional renovated bathroom off the hallway. There is an unfinished basement with ping pong table, full size billiards table and extra space for kids to hang out. There is a work station with computer and double screen monitors for guest use. Off the second level deck is a newer large Webber gas BBQ.

We have a cleaning crew that comes in to clean so just make sure you have all your belongings and please leave beach pass and key on table in foyer. Other than that there is no need to do anything.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Beach pass for car and key parking at beach provided. $250 fee if lost
If you are booking more than 11 nights, you will be required to have the home cleaned at your cost every 7 nights

The house was beautiful and perfect for a weekend with a group of friends. Very well stocked, we had everything we needed. Also, close to the town and 10 minutes walking to the beach.

Ideal In Every Way!

This property is beautifully appointed and pristine. We were delighted with our stay. The beach is wide and easily accessible from the house. The location is superb and going into town is a breeze. Howard quickly responded to to the few questions that we had. It was a perfect vacation and we would love to go back to this house next summer!

Amazing Stay!

We loved the house! The location was ideal to walk to the beach but comes with a pass to drive. The outdoor shower, hammock and porches were perfect touches. It also had enough supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms so we didn't have to bring everything - so convenient.

What a treat it was to stay at this lovely house. Location was amazing, ocean views. Close to everything. The house was beautifully decorated and beachy feel. Howard was quite an attentive host, he checked in and responded to any questions. We would definitely return!

Everything was set up and decorated so beautifully. The house feels like 5 star villa . The furniture, beds and pillows are all so comfy. The master shower is amazing .You can see the ocean from the back deck where we had our coffee looking at the wonderful view. The property is landscaped so nicely with many spaces to relax. There is a great outside shower when returning from the beach. Beach chairs and towels are there for your convenience too. The beach is just a short walk away . We will definitely recommend this gorgeous house and are hoping to book again next year ! Thank you for the memories and beautiful weekend .

Bright and open house, walk to the beach

We had a wonderful week at Howard's house in Montauk. The house is open and bright, updated and had all the amenities we needed. We could walk back and forth to the beach which was awesome. Howard was easy to reach and answered right away, we had all the support we needed. I am looking forward to coming back next summer!

What a great vacation! This is an incredible, updated, very clean house with an amazing location within walking distance (or short drive) to a private beach. We appreciated all the amenities that came with the house: beach chairs, beach towels, outdoor furniture, hammock, smart TV, very comfortable beds, I could go on and on! The house is spacious and there is plenty of space to spread out. Howard the owner was extremely responsive to any questions, and also reached out before the trip and then during the trip to see how our stay was going.i am looking forward to hopefully coming back to this house next year!

A Fantastic Property

Tucked away in a quiet, pretty neighborhood located between Montauk and Amagansett this house is a fantastic place. Excellently maintained and stocked its clear the owners take care of it and use it themselves. Downstairs there is a master bedroom and two guest rooms. The master and a guest room open up to the downstairs porch with hammock and seating. Upstairs is a very comfy living room/den, full kitchen, and a spacious dining table. These open up to the second floor porch with deck chairs and sunbathing lounges. One of our favorite activities was morning coffee on the upstairs porch listening to the quietness of birds and the ocean in the distance. My family didn't want to leave!

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL RENTAL FOR A FAMILY- LOCATION AND AMENITIES WERE AWESOME… The owner was super responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again next summer!! We have stayed at many rentals in Montauk and this house has been our favorite by far. The location is perfect, being close to town but in a quiet area. The beach access is wonderful, there is ample parking for 3 cars at the house and there are great outdoor spaces. We loved the layout with the living/dining space on the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped and has basic supplies for cooking. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. They have comfortable mattresses and are nicely decorated. The bathrooms are all new and beautifully done.

Great house, Great location, Great host!

My family and I had a great stay in Montauk on a 2 week August vacation. Our stay at this location was great. The house was super clean, easy to access and very close to the beach! We had a blast! No complaints at all. We even got 2 weeks of sunshine. Howard was very responsive and we recommend staying here.

Montauk Vacation

The house is awesome! Exactly as pictured - updated decor, lots of light, comfortable beds, great decks on both levels, 5 min walk to beach, 30 min walk (or short drive) to town. Amazing stay in fantastic location

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Despite bad weather, we were still able to stay entertained and had plenty to do within the house. We loved our stay. The house was comfortable, spacious, and full of light. Great layout for a family with small children. Loved the outdoor shower.
