The house is located just up the road from the Gurney’s Inn Resort and Spa in the renowned Hither Woods area of Montauk. Spectacular beaches are minutes away and Montauk’s town center is just a bike ride away. There are four large bedrooms (all with queen beds and two with additional pull out queen couches). Open kitchen, family and dining room area with seating for 12+ and 5 bathrooms plus a separate pool house with bathroom and an outdoor shower.
Cable/Internet, central A/C throughout home and basement, 3 large flat screen TV, large backyard with gas grill, wood burning fireplace, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor shower, finished basement with air-hockey and a ping-pong table, and two sets of washers/dryers.
This is a wonderful Montauk escape!
