We were visiting with family in the same neighborhood, so this location was perfect for my wife and I to land at night. Was as advertised, great communication with Mike, very clean, and the A/C worked great! (The outside temperature was in the upper 90’s while we were there). Highly recommend this host!

This studio was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all amenities we needed. Great location and great neighborhood, close to Davidson College campus. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Mike was great and responsive as a host.

Perfect little place

We stayed in the loft for 11 days and it was perfect. It’s a great size and has all amenities you need. We loved that you are able to come and go as you please and it’s totally private. Mike was wonderful and easy to deal with. The town of Davidson is super cute and a great middle ground for everywhere we were going. Your 20 mins from Charlotte and 20 mins from Mooresville.

Great home base for family reunion

We were in Davidson for a family reunion - and the studio was perfect. I helped with some breakfast casseroles - and the kitchen made that easy. We enjoyed a morning run - by stepping out the door and heading to the Greenway. Thanks for hosting!

Stayed here for two nights when we came to watch the wildcats play ! It was a great location and great place to stay ! Only down fall was the bed was a little hard , but we loved it and a great studio for a weekend trip!
