Come enjoy the ideal base camp: our newly-built, well-appointed condo located within easy walking distance to downtown Bozeman, a cozy fox den nestled in Montana's natural beauty.

The condo has an upscale, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, an over-size shower, and luxury finishes. Enjoy your view of the Bridger Mountains from your large private deck and balcony.

We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when our friends or family come to stay.

Reserved off-street, covered garage parking for 1 car is included, as are two bicycles for your enjoyment.

Our home has 1 king and 1 queen bed, the king has a memory foam mattress and is in a private master bedroom, and the queen is in an alcove off the common area, with a blackout privacy curtain.

The address is 718 W. Babcock St., in the SOBO building. Only a 12-minute walk from MSU campus, less than a 10-minute walk from The Elm music venue.

*No smoking permitted, including on the outdoor balcony, and no dogs, due to our family member’s allergy.*

The Fox Den Stay

The Fox Den was very comfortable for the two of us. It was within walking distance to downtown Bozeman and had all the amenities we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

What a Stay

Had a great time. Very well located to downtown. The Garage was a nice addition that I was not expecting. Everything about this place was nice and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location, super clean property. Charming decor. Great communication with the property manager, and easy check in process. There were a couple of minor issues such as a broken faucet holder in the shower and a slow draining bathroom sink, but overall this was a great place to stay.

It was as advertised. The one unpleasant moment occured at the end of the stay when, I presume, the cleaners, unlock the door unannounced and without knocking at 10:30 when checkout was at 11:00. I was in a state of undress on the way to the shower and it was invasive and discomforting.

Simply Outstanding

The Fox Den is outstanding. The unit is super cute and wonderfully decorated, perfectly clean, well-stocked including laundry, very easy to check-in and check-out, and with great indoor parking. In terms of locations, it is 2 mins to downtown Bozeman and on a very quiet street. The owners are responsive and wonderfully kind. There is no need to consider any other place in Bozeman. The strongest possible 2 thumbs up.

We spent 7 nights @ the Fox Den and it was a perfect location to go out and adventure into Bozeman, Three Forks, Livingston, and Yellowstone. The outdoor patio was a great spot to begin and end each day. It was an incredible vacation!

Great location and cozy apartment

It is a very clean, well equipped apartment with cute fox pictures. We could walk to downtown for breakfasts and lunches easily. The indoor parking garage is a huge plus for winter vacations. Elinor, the owner, is also very responsive and helpful. She let us borrow her snow sled for the week.

Great location and easy stay

This is a cozy condo in a great neighborhood in Bozeman. We stayed here with two young children, and they loved all the fox stuff (including fox books and puzzles). Accessing the property was easy and secure and, overall, an excellent fit for our short visit.

Great location. Covered and secure parking. The layout of the Foxton is a little bit funky because the bathroom is not connected to the bedroom, which makes it difficult when you are getting ready and have guests over.. The overall cleanliness of the properties left something to be desired. There were leftover corn puffs on the patio from a previous guest. Stains on the outdoor table as well. The rug in the living area was dirty and made me want to keep my shoes on. Also the bathroom rug was dirty upon our arrival. The towels need to be replaced and our thread bear.

Bozeman getaway

The Fox Den property was amazing! Clean and all the comforts of home. Great communication from owner. Although we did not get to enjoy deck, due to a May snowstorm, it was a cozy place to have a relaxing snow day. We hope to be back soon!

Very clean, great customer service. Within walking distance to downtown. Everything you need is within the residence. Main Bed is a little stiff but manageable. Great deck outdoor area for good weather.

Convenient location

The condo was extremely well equipped with plenty of linens, pans, dishes, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Beds were very comfortable and parking was available outside or in the garage. Communication with the host was excellent when we had an issue getting the LATCH app working for access to the unit, she was able to walk us through the entrance procedure. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and a half mile walk to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo. Carefully review extra fees when booking.

My 2 sons and I wanted to stay in town for one night before heading out to our ranch for the remainder of our trip to Bozeman. The condo was clean, about 2 blocks off Main Street, and the photos were accurate. I was a little shocked when I saw the cleaning fee was almost 70% of the rental cost for our one night stay. Ouch. (With tax and service fee, the additional fees were more actually MORE than the one night rent.) Probably my own fault for not carefully reviewing all the extra costs when I booked it but the cleaning fee took me by surprise. I was a VRBO property owner myself for years so I understand some fees are standard, while others are at the owners discretion. Other than that, the place was decorated nicely, seemed to have a fully stocked kitchen (we didn’t cook or anything), and the outside deck had a good view of Main Street and the mountains in the distance. The owners were responsive and communication was easy. Just be sure to check all the fees and extra costs when booking to avoid any surprises.
