Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the location and off-street parking were a positive part of your stay. The cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned are not reflective of our standards, and we’ve since addressed them with our team and completed the necessary fixes. Regarding the yard, we do our best to keep it clean; however, the area does have raccoons that can occasionally get into trash and create a mess between services. We actively manage this but it can still happen from time to time. For future guests, our team is very responsive during stays and happy to quickly resolve any issues—often while you’re out—so your experience isn’t impacted. In this case, we weren’t given the opportunity to fully address everything during the visit. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home for our guests.

Stacy, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you felt at home and enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for more special celebrations!
