Comfortable single storey chalet with a pleasant terrace equipped with a Nordic bath, well exposed.
The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area, 3 minutes from the sea and close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Ideal starting point for discovering the pink granite coast, Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec, the Sept-Iles, etc.
- Bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC
- Open and equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, refrigerator, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- A living room with lounge and TV
- Free parking with a charging station for electric cars (paid charging)
- Large terrace with outdoor furniture and Nordic bath heated by a wood fire
- We also provide you with sheets and towels.

To facilitate your arrival, entry will be done independently with a key box.
Arrival will be from 5 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. Please note that these hours can be flexible on request only.
