Welcome to our authentic Cambodian villa with pool, located in the charming city of Siem Reap.

The house and pool are entirely private – no one else will be on the property. You have the entire house to yourself.

The House:
You will enjoy a spacious, bright home that includes:

Three bedrooms: two with a king-size bed each, and one with two king-size beds.

Two bathrooms with shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet.

A living room with a large sofa for 12 people, two large fans, smart TV with over 16,000 international channels, 45,000 movies, and 9,000 series plus Netflix.

A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, plancha grill, raclette grill, and small kitchen utensils.

An indoor dining area for 6–8 people, and an outdoor dining table for 8–10 people, with dishes and cutlery.

A first-floor terrace with four comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a view of the garden and pool.

The house is tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and Khmer style. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fire alarm system. Located in a quiet, safe area of Sala Kamreuk, close to restaurants, bars, temples, and 24-hour shops (two of them just 5 meters from the main entrance – perfect for drinks, snacks, etc.).

The Garden:
Enjoy a stunning tropical garden with:

A 15x7m pool with crystal-clear water and depth suitable for both children and adults.

A pétanque court with balls, jack, bench, and a bottle of Pastis.

Pool table.

French and English board games.

Barbecue with charcoal and utensils.

Garden lounge with sofa, chairs, and coffee table.

Two massage tables with mattresses, sheets, and towels.

Bar with four stools, cooler, sink, and glasses.

Dining table for 10 people.

Four sun loungers with cushions and towels.

Exercise bike.

Sports area with football goals, badminton rackets, water guns, rugby and volleyball. Volleyball court next to the property (2 USD/hour).

Garage:

Two parking spaces with lighting.

Security guard/gardener on-site daily from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Safe parking at night.

Additional Services (not included in the price):

Daily cleaning (15 USD per session).

In-house massage services (treatment menu provided upon arrival).

Tuk-tuk driver available 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 4 people, with a phone for all-day contact.

Organization of tours and excursions, including off-the-beaten-path experiences.

Included in the price:

Bed linen and towels.

Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, disinfectant gel).

Personal welcome with a tour of the house, garden, and facilities.
