For your convenience the kitchen, has pots, pans, plates, coffee, creamers, sugar, silverware, glasses, trash bags plates, cups, and glasses. The property is close to I-26 & I-526 and offers 5 mins to Tanger Outlet, Walmart, North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston Convention Center, Charleston International Airport, over 12 restaurants, 17mins to Downtown and 20 mins to the Beach!

The Arthouse is perfect!!

This property is perfect for a week long stay. It is fresh and tastefully decorated. Extra bonus was the personal artwork of the owner adding a nice flare of positive energy to our stay! The property is perfectly located 10-20 minutes from most any sites that Charlestown has to offer.

Close to everything!

The house was beautiful and they thought of everything you could possibly need for an awesome stay. It is literally close to everything. Minutes from both highways, downtown Charleston and Magnolia Gardens. The artwork is amazing and after the long days it was it nice to come back to to a peaceful and quiet home.

We have been living in the Charleston area since 2003 when I relocated here with the Coast Guard. We loved it so much we never left. Our beautiful home is located in a quiet, working class neighborhood. I am a local artist now, and all of the artwork in my home is my own. My artwork is also represented in the Mary Martin Art Gallery in Downtown Charleston.
