About this property

Casa Börje is unique: Located on the hillside and surrounded by the Mediterranean. Load terraces on five levels for reading, grilling and swimming in the private pool. Six people (one double bed, four single beds and a cot) found in the spacious house space. At the foot of the house is a completely separate apartment apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the cooking desires. Of course, you have to wash the possibility in the basement of your laundry and dry.

Zum genießen!

Wiederholt gebucht, da schon zuvor überzeugt worden :-) Sehr schöner Ausblick aufs Meer und Salobrena. Von allen Zimmern Balkonzugang und Meerblick. Frühstück auf dem Balkon einfach schön, vor allem bei dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Schönes Grundstück mit Platz für Hund. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme reichlich vorhanden am Pool. Wenn man was beauchte, war Jose sofort da, vorbildlich!

Very charming Hideaway!

Cute house on the hill with a fantastic view on the mediterranean sea. We regularly book vacation homes and we were impressed by the stunning view, the nice pool and the great value for money. Beaches nearby are nice, especially Maro/Nerja with lots of water activities and great water quality with nice snorkeling spots. The house has everything a family needs including washing machine and dish washer.

Traumferien an der Costa Tropical

Wir hatten zu zweit, mit unseren beiden Dackeln, einen wunderbar erholsamen Ferienaufenthalt im schönen Casa Börje. Das Haus empfing uns blitzsauber und sehr gastfreundlich. Alles im Haus ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Das Badezimmer ist völlig neu und modern renoviert. Man spürt als Gast, dass sich eine gute Seele um Haus und Anwesen kümmert, so dass man sich gleich willkommen und wie zuhause fühlt. Das Anwesen, mit seinem terrassenartig am Hang angelegten Garten, ist den ganzen Tag über sehr sonnenverwöhnt und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Grundstück liegt in lockerer Nachbarschaft zu anderen gepflegten Ferienhäusern und ist dabei, auch durch die Bepflanzung bedingt, von außen völlig uneinsehbar. Als Gast genießt man also viel Privatsphäre. Wir waren schon mehrfach zu Gast und haben durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Sehr erwähnenswert ist der angenehme Kontakt zur außerordentlich freundlichen Besitzerin Frau Persson bei der Buchung. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll auch, wie gut sich José und seine Frau vor Ort stets um Haus und Garten kümmern und für Fragen und Anliegen der Gäste immer hilfreich zur Stelle sind. Für uns ist Casa Börje uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir danken sehr für den schönen Aufenthalt dort in diesem Sommer.

Sehr schönes Heim in uneinsehbarer Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Trotz der Hitze ist es angenehm kühl und schattig. Das Haus und der Pool sind nicht einsehbar, die Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer ist wunderschön, wir konnten sogar Delphine beim Jagen beobachten. Die Grillstelle ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen vor Ort und der Vermieterin war perfekt. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieterin nur empfehlen.

Ein kleine Paradies mit Blick auf Costa Tropical

Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Skyline Salobrenas ist wunderschön! Das Haus ist sehr weit oben gelegen in der Urbanisation Alfa Mar und die Wege zum Schluss etwas holprig - aber es lohnt sich! Innen ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Matratzen sind bequem und der Balkon rundherum von jedem Zimmer aus betretbar. Ein neues Bad mit begehbarer Dusche erfreut das Urlauberherz nach einem sonnigen Tag. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet und alle kleinen Probleme wurden sehr schnell gelöst von dem zuvorkommenden Jose, der immer da ist wenn man ihn braucht. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der Garten war auch für unseren Hund herrlich da er immer ein schattiges Plätzchen fand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
