The detached bungalow, built in 1980 and renovated in 2012, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular partly because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The landlord stays in the house only on weekends. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Nicht wie Beschrieben und anders als gedacht !

Das Grundstück und das Haus waren sehr schön, leider war das innere etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es war mit Geschirr und Besteck sehr Mager ausgestattet. Bad sehr klein, restliche Räumlichkeiten könnten ein wenig Renovierung gebrauchen. Laut Info sollte der Besitzer ab und zu am Wochenende vorort sein, dass war leider nicht der Fall ! Bis auf einen Tag war immer jemand anwesend und man konnte sich nicht so frei bewegen wie man wollte. Keine Frage, der Eigentümer war sehr Nett, aber wir hatten uns das etwas anders vorgestellt.
