This property is definitely a great find! Traveling by myself, I couldn't have been more comfortable in this space. David is a great host and very attentive to my questions and needs. The RV sits right off the road on a spacious gravel driveway easily accessible from the street. I went inside to check things out and David followed to show me around. Everything seemed easy to understand as far as taking care of the room. Like I told Dave, "It's like camping without camping." I had a blast. I've already texted him some concerns so hopefully those will be addressed for the next guests. I would do this again 9/10 if I find myself back in the Raleigh area for more solo trips.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Not what we expected.
While the listing is "technically" accurate, it is incomplete. The entry door can't be locked or unlocked from the outside which requires someone to climb over the passenger seat to get in. Listed WiFi was nonexistent. Listed TV was useless as it wasn't noted that there was NO service of any kind. Listing claims "totally electric" yet we had NO hot water the entire time we were there. The bathroom door does not latch and offers little privacy. The air conditioner was erratic and failed to maintain a comfortable temperature leaving the camper unbearably hot or freezing. The banquette is almost unusable on one side due to an awkwardly placed dorm size refrigerator. The neighborhood was nice except for the incessantly barking dogs. Bring your own towels...there were THREE towels for the two of us for SIX days. The camper was clean and the host's communication was OK although limited and there were no checkout instructions.
We were in the area on business for an event at the Raleigh Fairgrounds. I SPECIFICALLY asked how far it was BEFORE I booked and was told 15 minutes. Not once did it take less than 28 minutes to reach my destination. Had I known it was that far, I would never have booked this property.
If a person is passing through the area and just needs a couple of nights, it's probably a good place for that type of stay. We, on the other hand, were looking for a quiet and comfortable place, for a week, where we could relax after a long day of working. This was not it.
This is perfect for one or two people. It is very convenient to Raleigh NC. It was my first stay in an RV and I don't think it will be my last. It was nice experience. The only thing lacking was hot water. But, that might have been an question I didn't ask. I am used to camping so it wasn't a big deal. Heck, I had water and a toilet.😁 They were lacking in utensils and no towels. But, I always bring my own. Overall, I had a nice relaxing time. There is no heat except for space heaters. They kept me warm in the middle of October in N.C.
Thanks Dave for a great stay! Everything was clean, cool and convenient. We came back late from a concert and didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone. The location was private but also safe and easily accessible to the surrounding area. Definitely a favorite stop and a new concert tradition!
This RV has everything you need for a weekend away. The couple renting is very helpful to show how things work. Town is not far and a gas station is close. They have a huge dvd collection and I enjoyed that!
We were here In town for a Kid Rock concert, and we were so pleased with this rental. It was perfect for us. Very very clean, had everything we needed. The owner Dave Bruce and wife were extremely kind. They made us feel right at home. We definitely would recommend this rental to everyone. It gets 5 stars from us!

Owners were extremely nice and helpful. Peaceful beautiful setting. Felt very safe. Close to Raleigh, Cary, and other smaller towns giving lots of choices for shopping and eating out.
Everything from checking in thru out was as smooth as could be. The place was easy to find, nicely situated in a small, semi-secluded community with no thru thraffic; far enough away from, & yet conveniently close to, downtown Raleigh &/or any suburban commercial areas (and their associated traffic) to make it easy to forget you're not actually as remote as it made me feel! Dave was super helpful, giving a quick tour of & 'how-to' about the particilars of an RV camper on arrival, & was readily available & responsive when I had a follow-up question or two. The camper was clean & perfectly suited & situated for my stay, there wasn't anything more I might have needed. The cozy nature of the camper would have easily worked well for my wife and 2 boys (had they been along), and was, is, & would be way better than a regular ol' hotel room (& less expensive too). It was such a great space that at the conclusion of my stay, I actually said to Dave that it had me seriously thinking about getting one for myself! I'll definitely be checking back in here the next time I'm visiting the area, no doubt about it...
This was our second stay and we just love the place. There are alot of options for food and entertainment nearby and the camper is quite cozy. We will visit again.
Owners, Keely & Dave, are extremely professional and go over and beyond.
The RV is VERY comfortable, clean, and cozy. Even the mattress is very comfortable considering it’s an RV mattress.
The neighborhood is so picturesque with trees blooming with flowers overhanging the roads and beautiful homes all around the neighborhood. Plenty of land, super sweet dog on their property, and just a really good place to stay. Highly recommend!
