Le Mas Calmettes: Charming Catalan farmhouse located 3 km from the sea

Welcome to Mas Calmettes (classified Gîte de France 3 épis), an old Catalan farmhouse tastefully renovated, nestled in the heart of olive and peach trees, offering a peaceful setting just 3 km from the sea and close to the Le Tech river.

This spacious Mas (150m2) located in the countryside includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large comfortable living room with fireplace and pellet stove. The terrace opens onto a private garden as well as its summer kitchen equipped with a planxa and a barbecue.

On the first level, you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with WC and shower and a second bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, as well as a dressing room. On the second level, an attic bedroom under the roof offers a double bed and a single bed.
In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Access to the Mas is via a tarmac country lane, offering a rustic and authentic atmosphere.

This charming Mas is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature and close to the sea. We invite you to come and enjoy this haven of peace for an unforgettable vacation.

Accueil très agréable, nous sommes arrivés en période fraîche. Julien a 2 chauffages dans le grand séjour, poële à pellets et cheminée, tout est mis à disposition (bois et pellets). Grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Chemin difficile pour accéder au gîte.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen Familienurlaub in einem sehr schönen alten Bauernhaus. Alles vor Ort war wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons apprécié la maison , la propreté , l organisation avant arrivée . Par contre pas de réseau tel à l intérieur il faut sortir pour appeler ; pas de connexion wifi : ça nous a gêné . Les suppléments facturés : bois , en hiver , c est dommage . A l Intermarché le bois coûte bien moins cher . Donc mitigés .

Magnifique séjour

Très beau mas rénové par Steffie. A la fois au calme au sein des terres maraîchères et fruitières d'Elne mais également à proximité de toutes les commodités et escapades catalanes incontournables. Les enfants ont profité de la mer tous les jours et les belles randonnées sur la côte Vermeille sont une ode à la nature. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Nettes Ferienhaus unweit des Meeres und der Berge

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Besitzerinnen sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Terrassen und die Plancha im Garten gerne benützt. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Obstanbau, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell am Strand, der hier zum Glück nicht überlaufen ist.

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mas Calmettes, petit havre de paix à quelques minutes du tumultes des plages :) La location est parfaitement fidèle à l'annonce, propreté impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée, le séjour au frais, et un jardin très agréable. Nuits douces dans les chambres de l'étage, fenêtres ouvertes avec un petit filet d'air frais. L'accueil de Stefi fut plus que cordial, bref ce fut un séjour sans fausse note. Les + : - le calme sans pour autant être totalement isolés - la propreté et l'équipement global (nous avons bien profité de la plancha ! ;-D) - le jardin, entretenu, vert, très agréable, - l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires

Super séjour dans un très grand mas. Nous avons sejourne en famille avec 2 ados pendant 2 semaines dans d’excellentes conditions : cadre bucolique, grande plancha, barbecue et cuisine équipée comme à la maison. Excellent accueil d’Eva et Stefie. Le wifi est peu faible. Pensez à pre réserver vos vélos si besoin. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement!

Es gibt Objekte bei denen man mit einer perfekten „Ausrüstung“ ankommen muss und es gibt solche Objekte wie das von Eva M. und Steffi G.: man findet wirklich alles vor und kann sich ins gemachte Nest setzen ( ohne Streß). Vier Frauen vom 7.-14.9.: Es war sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen. Erholung pur. Tolles großes Haus mit jeglichem Komfort. Traumhafter Garten. Idyllische Lage. Ein paar Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. Tolle Gastgeberinnen. Ein tolles Rundumangebot, das man in Mas Calmettes bekommt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Daumen hoch 👍 sehr gerne wieder!

Prachtig huis en prachtige streek

Stijlvol huis met alle voorzieningen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Zeer mooie kust en strand vlakbij. Ook de winkels zijn even gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets (15 min, geen verkeer, geen hellingen). Wij komen terug !

Mas Calmettes

Freundlicheer Empfang durch die Vermieterinnen. Diese wohnen nebenan uns sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus! Gut und praktisch eingerichtete Küche, im Garten eine tolle "plancha" zum Grillen/Braten. Je nach Sonnenstand vor und hinter dem Haus angenehme Sitzmöglickeiten, umgeben von liebevoll gepflegter subtropischer Bepflanzung. Strand mit dem Fahrrad schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Wir waren mit Hund dort, der allerdings vor dem Haus streng beaufsichtigt bzw. wegen vorhandener Katzen angeleint werden muss. Sehr gute Versorgungsmöglickeiten in ça. 5 km Entfernung, gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, die letzten 400 m allerdings wg. starkem Strassenverkehr für Radler nicht ganz ungefährlich.

wunderschönes haus

Wir - eine grosse Gruppe von 14 Freunden - haben für uns die Scheune Rosmarin, die Scheune Lavendel und das Haus Mas Calmettes gemietet: wir waren super untergebracht, haben viel gemeinsam unternommen und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Jedes Feriendomizl für sich ist sauber, unglaublich geräumig, funktionell und liebevoll eingerichtet - und bietet wunderbare Ausblicke: auf die Pyrenäeen und auf den eigenen Garten. Das alles ganz ruhig am Land, 3km vom Meer entfernt: Alles war perfekt, herzlichen Dank!

Le mas-Calmettes donnant sur son grand jardin luxuriant et son étang à nénuphars est parfait, avec un accueil chaleureux et bon enfant. Intérieur frais en été, aménagé dans l'esprit d'une vieille demeure campagnarde authentique, avec le confort moderne. Si l'occasion de présente, on y reviendra.
