This exquisite three bedroom ocean view residence offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from its prime 7th floor vantage point, well above the tropical foliage of the Konea Tower interior courtyard. The views are abundant throughout and even continue into all 3 luxurious bedrooms.

The residence affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. There is ample room to accommodate up to eight guests in three king-sized beds (one of which can be split into two xl twins), and one queen-sized convertible sofa sleeper.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed gourmet chef’s kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances and elegant granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious 240 square foot lanai or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

The 3 full bathrooms are all elegantly appointed with the finest finishings. The two master bathrooms each feature dual granite vanities with separate glass showers and soaking tubs, and the guest bathroom features a glass shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

When it comes time to enjoy the resort, you will have no shortage of options for fun and relaxation. Laze about next to one the resort’s 4 pools or enjoy a soak in one of 5 shared hot tubs. ***Honua Kai will be doing routine maintenance and painting of the Konea building exterior throughout 2024. Konea 729 is currently scheduled to be affected from 5/17/24 to 6/17/24. Schedule is subject to change. The project will consist of painting the exterior walls, which will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). Lanai furniture will be wrapped and cannot be unwrapped or used during the affected dates of the project, and the lanai will be unusable Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.
