This property is situated in a charming, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Great area for walking and biking. A few blocks to some of Austin’s most popular restaurants/coffee shops (Loro, Picnik) and ~1 mile to outdoor spaces (Barton Springs Pool & Zilker Park).
