West Shore Lakefront Luxury Estate! Kayaks, Dock/Buoys, Exceptional Views!!!

Please note: All summer rentals require a 7 night minimum.

This Remodeled lakefront home is waiting for you to enjoy & make memories to last a lifetime. Bring your boat & hook up to our dock or one of our buoys, have cannonball competitions off the dock, or leisurely kayak in our cove. The location of the home is prime for lake enjoyment all day because of its location in the cove (less wind & more time to enjoy the outdoors). The house was remodeled and updated in 2017! All guests have access to our kayaks, bikes, tennis courts & more.

Whether you’re here to waterski, wakeboard, golf, hike, mountain bike, or just relax, this luxury mountain paradise is perfect for every season! Additional amenities include a new BBQ grill, air conditioning, new carpets, beautifully landscaped lakefront yard, and penthouse master suite with it's own private deck overlooking the lake.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. As always, all towels, sheets, blankets, etc are bleached after each stay, we disinfect all counters, floors, and bathrooms, and we sanitize all door handles, etc. Anything with a high touch point is disinfected multiple times before guests check-in and after guests checks out.

This property is beautiful from top to bottom. We slept in the master suite and the bed was very comfortable. There is a soaking tub and gorgeous view with a seperate deck. The yard is amazing and the dock gave us hours of fun. All of the family had plenty of room and comfort as well. The firepit and sunsets were our favorite 😍

What a great experience we had with our children and grandchildren at Kate and Garrett’s home. Their beautiful home is very comfortable and Kate was very accommodating and answered what few questions we had in a very timely manner. Relaxing family vacation

We have a family tradition that if we have a child graduating that year - they pick the summer vacation getaway. This year our highschool grad that lived through COVID wanted to NOT fly anywhere - wanted to be on the water and to disconnect and enjoy family time. Lake Almanor was perfect for our family as we have ties to Greenville CA. This location was the perfect location for a memorable family vacation. The views 10+, kayaking and swimming from the doc amazing! Bicycles for exploring the peninsula-morning walks-and golf course with yummy eats and views. One of our best family vacations!

Awesome Place!

This is an awesome place. We had two boats that we tied to the dock, thus allowing us to go in and out while we were there. The home was perfect for our kids and our grandkids. We found a place that made fresh pies and a few local spots to eat at. One night a bear raided our trash cans, but we never saw him/her. There were also deer around the property. They were awesome. We will be going back and would highly recommend. Also, I spoke with the owner frequently before and during the trip (mostly about fishing!) and he was very helpful!!

Great Lake House!

Wonderful, well-equipped lake house! Everything you need in kitchen and for water sports. Beautiful west lake view from home with view of Mt. Lassen from the dock. Cove is nice for kayaks and paddle board (provided on property). dock was great for kids to fish and access kayaks as well as docking our 24 foot wake board boat. Grass Backyard was great for yard games that are also provided on property. we also enjoyed stargazing from gas camp fire. Feels private because there are not any homes across the cove. Community felt very private and not crowded weekdays. We would stay again for sure!

Amazing week on the lake!

We loved every minute of our stay at this wonderful home on the lake. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed with all the comforts of home and then some. The owners are so generous to share so many bells and whistles such as kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, toys, etc. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything we could want. AC was a huge plus but not even needed most nights. The 3 separate hang out spots is wonderful for several families. We brought our boat which was heaven having down at the nice private dock all week. The boat launch was very close and easy too. Oh, and we LOVED the neighborhood and park less than a 5 minute walk away, maybe the prettiest park ever. The location is close to town but we mostly grilled and enjoyed the peaceful deck and view. Go have a cocktail at Plumas Pines deck! We can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful lake house

Our family gathered here for a fall weekend at Lassen and the house lives up to its description. Beautiful lake views from the house, convenient to hiking at both Lake Almanor and Lassen ( 40 minute drive to Lassen). The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we enjoyed the board games, lawn games, kayaks, as well as pickleball courts within walking distance. Kate and Jake were very responsive and helped resolve a couple of minor that arose.

We shared this house with two other families with kids ranging from elementary school through college. It was a wonderful visit and we cannot wait to come back! The house is spacious and well appointed to cook and spread out and enjoy everything that Lake Almanor has to offer. The backyard is beautifully done, we very much enjoyed the outdoor furniture, private dock, kayaks, and stand up paddle board. The house is on a quiet cove which made lake time especially peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend this house.

Great choice for a family vacation

Our family had a great time staying here for one week right before Labor Day weekend. Spacious house with a lot of amenities that made the stay more enjoyable. Our hosts were available and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We used the kayaks, SUP board and swimming dock. We had 9 adults and three children ages 1-4 years and were able to have a short walk to a nice beach and playground area for a picnic. Would recommend this place for a vacation at Lake Almanor.

The ultimate family vacation!

Not only is the home absolutely beautiful… But the location was perfect for our family! There is beautiful private park right down the street for the little ones, the quiet cove of the lake made for perfect wakeboard waters (and gorgeous sunsets) and the golf course is within walking distance. The owners are very attentive and have truly thought of every last detail their guests might need. The memories made will be with my family forever.
